The staff are very friendly and helpful.. You can get table service if their not too busy and occasionally snacks brought to the bar etc.. and them little sticks are there for the asking.. The food is without doubt the best I've eaten in a pub could easily add more comments but stop there.. All favourable. K. Wolf
Nice polite staff and lovely bacon sanys but 2 egg bacon sanys with a cappuccino and a hot chocolate was £17 that's in my eyes just abit dear for breakfast but a nice pub with nice staff prices need looking at but thanks to good staff we was asked to go back and was looked after realy well so thanks guys x
Had a great meal yesterday, steak and ale pie, service was good and Aaron our waiter was excellent I would highly recommend it

After my complaint I made with regards to the shef no longer willing to do an omelette or salad that I've been having for about 13 years lol , I was told they will now do it but at the new price of 9.95 the cheese salad .well this is what I got for that £9.95 today as we decided to give it one more chance . Not a tomato in sight , about 1 slice of cucumber chopped up with peppers , lettuce and a tiny amount of cheese and onion . I will let everyone decide for themself is it's worth the £9.95 . This was my first visit the food was excellent the staff were working very hard they were themselves a credit to The Exchange the place was very busy singer JD was entertaining I will definitely come back and have already passed the word around as a must to visit

The exchange has now started doing breakfast from 10am and I must say, it's excellent. Large menu, food quality great and as usual, so was the service. Highly recommended!!! �
Amazing service and outstanding roast dinner! Been a bit hit and miss before with the food but yesterday all of our tables food (8 of us) was brilliant.

We visited to exchange for my husband’s birthday, service was very attentive, my husband even received a birthday card which made it extra special, glad we chose to dine in the exchange, the food was at a high standard and portion sizes was very generous we all left stuffed. Very happy family thank you we will be returning soon.
The best Sunday roast I've had in a while. Crispy potatoes, tender beef and generous portions.
One of our party was allergic to nuts and they were careful about observing cross contamination.
Will go back again and I recommend

I live locally and although on a few occasions popped in for the odd drink had never eaten there. Why did I leave it so long?
My wife and I had a lunchtime meal and were amazed at the quality of the pub grub.
I had fish n chips, the batter was so light and almost melt in the mouth. My wife had the meat pie and raved about how tender the filling was and the fresh crispness of the vegetables. Truly a pleasant afternoon spent in there enhanced by the friendly waiter service. Will definitely be back with friends.
The pubs was nice and friendly, but on the downside, was the fact there was not bitter only real ale which I can't drink. So I had a couple of Newcastle brown instead. But apart from that it was a good night.

It was nice here, they have an accessible entrance and toilet although the lights were too dimm, could have done with the second light bulb or the option to turn them on/off. The staff were friendly, they had a nice seating area - but it was full. Also they do have a restaurant there on the raised area - but with a step access. My visit was short, but I'd definitely recommend it and go back again. Thank you
We’ve been walking past this place since we moved here, but never went inside.
We went there Saturday night after a birthday meal down the rd and what a good friendly atmosphere, live band was on, will be going back more regularly hopefully.

Service and food were really good the hunters chicken burger was brilliant. The mrs liked the roast chicken and the lil dude enjoyed the goujons. Really great pub, their Sunday roasts are also pretty epic.
The food here is excellent, I had the steak pie, mash with vegetables and my friend had lasagne which she also loved. The waitress, Becky and she was very helpful and efficient. I find all the staff very nice and friendly. This establishment has changed hands recently and the food quality is even better than before.
Second visit and will be back again. Very friendly helpful staff. atmosphere very good..Will definitely go back next time to try the food👍🏻
Yesterday 22/08 my family and I had our mum's wake at The exchange...we couldn't have asked for a better service,the buffet was brilliant,the staff was friendly and helpful.......highly recommended.....

Came in today table 3 was served by byron and recieved a very friendly, polite welcome a lovely young man. Food was lovely and drinks refreshing deffo reccomrnd this place. Thankyou byron for making us feel so welcome .
I booked a table last Sunday for 5 people to celebrate my sisters birthday. We arrived at 11.50 as we wanted to decorate the table before she arrived with balloons etc. We didnt realise it opened at
12pm! The very kind Manager let us in anyway. The staff ( especially the Manager and his Wife) were extremely welcoming and couldnt do enough for us to make us welcome. The Sunday roasts and fish and chips were excellent and the treacle tart for desert was the best I've ever tasted.
I took in a birthday cake which they very kindly supplied candles for.
I cannot thank The Exchange enough for making my sisters birthday such a lovely experience and as Arnie so famously said " I will be back "

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Although at the time it was busy, we didn't have to wait long to be served our order. I had the Sunday roast chicken.The wife had the roast beef. Both were cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious! Washed it down with a pint or two...Bliss!
