I am thrilled to share my newfound gem of a dining spot—a Chinese restaurant that has taken a fresh approach to serving its customers. This innovative journey into traditional Chinese cuisine has made its way to Southampton, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The food is delicious and had been every time we visit. Ate and ate until we could burst. Recommend the crispy prawn balls that come on the little tree, the crispy pork belly, deep fried sweet bean curd, any of the bed and the hand pulled noodles. We did have a few items missing from our order we had to prompt the staff we were still waiting for a few times so make sure you pay attention. The seats and tables are uncomfortable but worth putting up with for the food.

Firstly staff were so friendly and helpful today, really helped to make our first hot pot experience enjoyable! Gave us a very helpful guide to ordering the hotpot and offered us forks when they saw us struggling with the chopsticks.
The food was mostly delicious - we ordered the beef rolls, chicken thigh, knotted kelp, rice, noodles and meatballs. The golden chicken broth was definitely our fav.
Would NOT recommend the chicken thighs as we put some in right at the beginning and very quickly realised that they would take a long time to cook so added the rest. By the end of our hour and a half (maybe longer) meal, most chicken pieces were still very pink and we did not feel comfortable eating them so they were a bit of a waste. However, the rest of the food was very nice - definitely recommend the hand pulled noodles, fried rice and beef rolls as they were our personal favs.
Would definitely love to come back and try new things on the menu!

Very authentic, they have some unusual Chinese traditional dishes that you will not be able to find anywhere else.

What an absolute pleasure to dine and experience a different adventure of food here.
Did not really know what we were going to expect but the staff were wondeful, friendly and polite. Prices are fair for portion size. Expect a group of 4 to cost about £100 plus drinks.
I would definitely recommend going with a date for a unique memory and some fun with food.
Chairs could be slightly more comfortable and that's about the only criticism if at all.
Great for people of all diets and appetites.
This is an EXPERIENCE! I had such a special time here, delicious food and a real novelty to cook your own food in the delicious waters! They really look after you, so you are told exactly how to participate. A real treat to have on portswood Road!
The best customer service - they provide aprons, a box to put your coats in to avoid catching a smell, and they are super attentive. The food is amazing and taste fantastic! 10/10
