I think Noodle8 has only opened recently, but i would recommend checking it out. Great fresh tasting noodles at decent prices. Staff were friendly too! I hope they can keep the quality high when volumes increase with the start of the student term!
I got the egg chow mein noodles with szechuan sauce and beef brisket and Gyoza dumplings, my friend got ramen noodles with teriyaki sauce and beef brisket with Sui Mei dumplings. It was very nicely presented and tasted very nice. We got the 'regular' size, but there's also a 'hungry' size. The server was very friendly. We'll definitely visit again.

Bit disappointed in the takeaway noodle boxes we received this evening. Flavour of the sauce was nice, but there was hardly any mock duck and almost no vegetables in mine. Wouldn’t order again. Not worth the money if you basically just get noodles and a tiny amount of protein and vegetables… very stingy. A real shame because we’ve ordered ramen before from noodle 8 which has been very good.

Visited for the first time yesterday and will definitely be going back. The service was excellent and it felt like staff genuinely cared that we enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious, and the ingredients were obviously fresh. There were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as gluten free ones and the staff were happy to advise. The prices were very reasonable as well, definitely cheaper than larger chains serving similar dishes. I honestly couldn't fault the place!
Good location. Great atmosphere. A few just-opened problems to sort, not least of which it being cash-only at present.
The dish I tried (egg noodles, chicken, Singapore sauce), I would have preferred to be a bit tastier but my significant other said hers (with the beef) was great.
Great having Japanese beer on draught and I'm looking forward to our next visit there. Hence top rating despite a couple of niggles.
Tasty, helpful and efficient.
We ordered through Just Eat initially, but our order got declined. We phoned up and they explained that they didn't have enough drivers. Couple of minutes later, they phoned us back to say that they did have a driver, so placed our order. The woman who free delivered from the restaurant was really friendly too. The food we had ordered was really tasty - looked fresh and not greacy. Will definitely be returning again!
The staff are fantastic! They helped me arrange a birthday gift for my partner while we're forced to be in two different countries due to the pandemic. They put so much thought, effort and love into it to make it special and my partner loved it - he also thought the food was superb. Thank you Noodle 8, can't wait to stop by once I'm back in the UK!

Tried this place recently for the first time and the food is outstanding. Been recommending it ever since! Fresh tasting noodles and the Udon was perfectly cooked. I loved the people. The atmosphere is great especially the rustic feel of the decor..
