Good food and cooked fresh, so this does mean you will have to wait and can be a long wait when busy (upto 30 mins). Choice of toppings for the crinkle cut fries is good but do add to the price (approx £1 per topping).
Service can seem a bit slow but it’s worth the wait and it’s always comes out hot. Their chicken burgers are great.

3rd time we have been here and the food has been excellent every time - tried different food every time and the drinks they have are Great..... Definitely be going again!!
Authentic American food. Can especially recommend chilli dogs, the burgers and their loaded fries.
Only because of delivery times (deliveroo) sometimes the food isn't piping hot and may need to be reheated but that isn't the restaurants fault
Food was absolutely great and I really want to appreciate their services and ambiance. I am especially a big fan of their fries. Overall I really had great food here.
I've eaten from Nathan's around five or six times now, both as takeaways or eat-ins. On each occasion, I have thoroughly enjoyed my food. It makes a nice difference from the inferior McDonald's burgers.
It's unfortunate that there are the negative reviews as I've only had good experiences.
