There was about a 2 minute delay before the order point was answered, payment was quick and pleasant, but we had to wait around 5 minutes at the collection window for fresh chicken to be cooked. This isn't a huge issue, but they didn't request us to move to the wait bay, so
Food is what it is, we've all had a KFC in our life time. lovely staff. I had to drop the atmosphere down a few stars as kids running wild knocked a man to the ground right in front of me. Made me feel awful for the guy, but wasn't kfc's fault but didn't make for the KFC I was hoping for.
As always finger licking good. Great value for volume of food. Compared to other fast food outlets. One thing though bring back the BBQ ribs from years ago.
This is the best KFC I have ever been!! The staff was amazing, welcome and very helpful! They gave to me and my wife a very great customer service! Definitely a 5/5!!!
The manager today23.01.24 was excellent. They didn’t put my drinks through on drive thru. So the manager resolved the issue

Good drive thru chicken supper. All good. Plus they do Decaffeinated Coffee! 🙂
In my experience of using this KFC, the staff are friendly and the chicken is usually well cooked. Occasionally they have missed out part of my order and I have found items missing when I have arrived home. Therefore I think it's a good idea to check your takeaway bag to ensure everything is there
If we had one complaint its the chicken coating was not crispy. That said spicy chips were excellent
The food was good and I didn't have to wait long.
