We had the posibility to enjoy this restaurant on a sunny day and we sat by the Windows to enjoy the sunshine. We ordered from our mobile phone and they served prompt.
Nice food and friendly staff. It was clean and easy to find.

It’s a McDonald’s. You can rely on their reliability. Best coffee from a fast food outlet. And reasonably priced.
This one place is hit and miss when it comes to their coffee. Sometimes the coffee beans are burnt in taste, other times you don't get cream etc, sometimes you even get completely something else to what you ordered....and there are occasions things are spot on...
Similar thing can be said about the staff, sometimes no issues all nice etc other times you are given a look of what do you want and why did you come....
So that is why I taken 2 stars off.
And yes, I do keep coming back because it's convienet on the way, and I keep having hope that this time, my order will be correct !
Today at 17:49 the staff working was really nice, helpful and polite 5 stars for ash first time the order was right including sauces

Let down by the build though, there's a standard process for each build (even the chips have one) and my breakfast wrap was certainly missing it. Very one sided and all the sauce at the bottom 😭

This is one of the best McDonald's in the country.
As a county traffic cone coordinator, it is my job to travel the country looking at all the traffic cones. This means I end up going to lots of McDonald's all the time and in recent months I have begun noticing many subtle differences in the food between different McDonald's the same way you might with a fine wine or whiskey. I have managed to get this McDonald's tasting art down to an exact science.
A couple of weeks ago I was on a business trip to Romsey to check out their traffic cone facilities when I was presented with the opportunity to test out their local cuisine. So naturally Mr and my partner Brenda (they/them) went to McDonald's. Much to our great surprise, this McDonalds had somehow cracked the formula with the best McDonalds we'd had in a long time. The nuggets had the perfect crispy exterior yet a lovely soft interior, none of that horrible chewy texture you get elsewhere. The burgers are also seemingly cooked to a much higher standard than the other McDonald's I've been to. The food texture and flavour is superior!
Another thing we have been judging McDonald's restaurants on is the service and speed. This McDonalds did not let us down with the service speed and service quality on all 5 occasions where we went there during our weekend trip. Whereas other McDonald's in the area like Salisbury and Southampton made us wait up to an hour before serving cold chewy McDonald's that was not even what we ordered and frankly not worth the money. We have had similar experiences elsewhere and in our home town of Norfolk. McDonalds has a fundamental flaw in their system and it needs to be fixed. This McDonald's doesn't suffer from this issue though and I highly recommend you go there rather than any other McDonalds in the area (don't go to rownhams services)

Small resteraunt.
We used the very busy drive thru, had to be parked up in the small carpark. Food was delivered to us quickly. Tasted good, and was all warm when we got it.
This McDonald's offers the standard, consistently quick experience regardless of your ordering method. What sets it apart is the addition of a kids' play park for added enjoyment. Moreover, there are functional tablets available on some tables, providing an extra entertainment option for children.
Can be hit and miss, why do they always forget the onions!!
Never been inside, drive through only. Would still go again as no other McDonald's is near me
Food was fresh, and quickly served to the car. Car park can be very busy though particularly with trade vans.
