The food we had was very tasty and good amount of choice. The house wine was better than expected. The waitress very friendly, and very helpful, good with children. Only down side was the 45min wait from the starter to main the children got restless (they had completed kids meal while our mains took forever) otherwise would have given 5*. Good value for money and relaxed atmosphere for families with children.

If you a looking for a reasonable priced but filling breakfast before you catch a cruise ship from Southampton port then this isn't a bad place to head to. It wasn't very busy which was a good start and the food was good. I had the ciabatta which was filled to the brim with cheese, sausages and bacon topped with a fried egg. My other half had the pancakes which were very light and fluffy. Only had one waitress on which showed things down a bit but otherwise ok

Service was fantastic. The girl that served us was very polite and helpful. Checked on many occasions to ensure everything was alright or if we needed anything else. Food was very good to. 100% will come again.

Really lovely meal and the variety selection dessert was great. A taster of 4 or 5 different desserts which was great shared. Our waiter was new and really made an effort though he was nervous.

Good menu options, great tasting food, and an absolutely fantastic staff who are always there to help. It’s the main place for me and my fiancee to go for a meal out together, usually accompanied by the Odeon literally right next to here. Been many times and hope to continue to go many more

Went for a meal before the cinema. We had a meerkats deal 2 for 1. Service was great and food came out quick although it was a tuesday and was quite empty. Was a little disappointed with the food it was hot and well cooked but bbq ribs and meat balls lacking in taste. 2 mains, 2 deserts and 2 drinks came to 31 pounds after the meerkats discount. Probably wound go here and pay full price.

Typical frankie and Benny's good food, if it's your birthday they will sing to you if you ask them.... it is both style seating so if you are very heavy probably not the best please but they do have a couple of normal table and chair types so still not a write off

Parking is free, you just have to put your number plate details into their machine, which is a bonus. The restaurant is always clean, the staff are friendly, never have to wait too long for food and the food is good, prices are average, good all round place.

Stopped for a drink here and a few starters before going to see Dark Phoenix at the cinima. The waitress was kind enough to give us a few Dark Pheonix pin badges as little gifts and it's left a lasting impression so I'll always have positive thoughts about the place. The food is reasonably priced, they have Aspall draught cider 👌 and the decor is pretty adorable for its location. Staff are friendly. Would recommend
