Good place for dinner with decent service. The meals were deliciously prepared.
We ate & drank here a few times whilst visiting Hamble recently. We came for the HSB which was well kept, served at a good temperature & delicious. There were also 3 other ales which were all good but we kept returning for HSB. We had a lunch and a dinner here & food was good pub grub, tasty & hot b
Wow, the service here is stunning. The food was so good we ate here 2 nights in a row. It was lovely. Thank you for your patience with our party of 8! It was worth the visit.
Nice older location with a warm, inviting interior. The staff were friendly and were good at chatting. Service was prompt and my food came out quickly. Didn't have time to partake in a full meal but I did enjoy my Whitebait which also was the first time I've tried the dish. It was quite tasty and I
Wow 1st time eating food here. The food was amazing value for money and tasted fantastic. The staff are friendly and there was a great atmosphere. We were lucky to get a table. Would highly recommend and will be eating there again!
Authentic British pub - delicious Sunday roasts (including vegan) and typical pub foods (fish & chips, burgers, etc.). Extensive selection of draft beers. Wonderful service.
Friendly and cozy atmosphere makes the Whyte Harte staff a great classic pub. Worth checking out garden and potting shed which have been transformed for summer. For food, delicious roasts on Sunday and quick supper of fajitas earlier in the week.
One of my all time favourites, a lovely old village pub, with a roaring fire, good food and drink. Great atmosphere too.
Lovely little pub, well situated before you enter the village centre. Nice aray of drinks.
With an open fire burning brightly, 2 PM on a Saturday afternoon with a pint of well kept HSB in hand, this was the place to be on a cold crisp day. Many locals gathered in this cosy, dark pub chatting away. We met a little Jack Russell and his owner so this pub is dog friendly. Worth visiting.
Lovely, cosy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful pub staff, great food. Will definitely be visiting again!
Nice pub and good ales, ciders and gins. A pub that has not changed in a way that has lost its charm.
Great spot for a drink or for a meal. The staff are excellent and the atmosphere is great.
Great mix of drinks available real ales and larger great atmosphere a true local pub.
Food was nice but pricey. Service was good but sparse. It wasn't even busy yet Food service was very slow. I understand this is an award winning dining experience, I would have to say that they are not living up to that standard at the moment. Salad was missing a few items and brownies were far too
Absolutely wonderful! We were a party of six and were well looked after from start to finish. We each enjoyed a main course and a dessert. Main courses were fish pie (with fennel in and just the right amount), lamb cooked to perfection, an amazing and very generous pie along with two huge and tasty
Nice bar area Friendly atmosphere Beautiful beer garden at the rear Worth a visit... Not the cheapest place to drink ££££
