Love the coffee but it is time Starbucks wake up to the demand to cut back on single use plastic. No reason now why I should have cold brew served with plastic straw & cup. Makes the imposition of charges on take away disposable cups seem hypocritical.

Pretty typical Starbucks overall. I wanted drip coffee but they'd ran out, offered an Americano at the same price or a 5 min wait. I waited and it was indeed 5 mins. Could've brought it to me as they looked to have enough staff.
