It’s a great place if you like to sit and read books and drink coffee. Coffee taste was good but they were little bit slow. They had many different cakes I didn’t try but look delicious.
I love a good book shop and this one definitely fits the bill. So many books and extras. Well laid out sections. Fantastic kids section. Staff knowable and friendly. As much as I love my digital books you can't beat the feel of a real book in your hands.
Great shop, lots of selection of books and of gifts. Clean and tidy. Cafe is great with lovely relatively cheap drinks.
One of my fav places, especially when phone needs charging or you wish to work. Nice coffee, reasonable price, tempting cakes, pleasant staff, lovely surroundings if you are into books. Great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Waterstones has a vast array of books that can educate you on so much stuff. Or for people who like manga, they have a good collection of those too. The area itself is very nice and easy to navigate and the cafe they have downstairs is lovely.
Absolutely wiked book shop, they have some really unusual Christmas gifts other then books of course. They also sell a good range of sensory gifts for people with autism or special needs. And they staff are always supper nice & helpful 💯.

Tucked near the stairs of west quay. Waterstones has its own mini cafe. Such a perfect place to hang out when you wanna star reading on the new book you have got while having some coffee or tea with pastries.

Extremely well stocked bookshop catering for everybody's tastes in literature. And a great cafe/ coffee shop on the lower level. Friendly helpful staff too.
Amazing place to meet friends for coffee at their cafe and talk about books to read or coming best seller. Staff were amazing to assist.
