I don’t often leave reviews for places. But it was my sons birthday today and he wanted a Krispy Kreme. We were served by a lovely girl called Rachel. She was so lovely as it was his birthday and hope someone at Southampton branch sees this review. Amazing member of staff you have and meant alot how
Impeccable service over the weekend. They gave us an extra donut after overhearing our private debate in which to get (ordering 2 donuts, stuck between 3). That took us by surprise and completely made our day. That worker deserves a raise! It's little gestures like this that make me a repeat custome
By far the nicest Krispy Kreme I have been in for a while. The staff were wonderful the gent behind the counter was very happy to serve and even took my drink to a table for me to save me struggling. I use a walking stick. Great cuppa and a tastey treat what more could you want.
Great stop off for pre shopping coffee and delicious doughnuts. Quick service and great coffee.

I'm a fan, but who made the decision to close the store at lunch time? At least three people plus myself wanted to go there, but it was closed. Why thou?
Apart from that, yeah, all good. The staff is as nice as it gets and the doughnuts, well, they speak for themselves.
