Thanks to Chatime makes me do not homesick so much, I love drinks here, special Durian Milk Tea. The staffs are also friendly. The space inside is very good for relax with friends and even studying here.

Walked past then went in, had the chocolate milk tea with strawberry topping, OH MY GOD �� wish I’d tried earlier, will definitely go in there again, it was Amazing,
the staff were happy also unlike some places I could mention, which made a pleasant change.

Green tea here is amazing much better than the fake ones in London!! Very strong and bitter taste absolutely amazing when it absorbs into the warm sweet pancake and chocolate toppings 😋🤤, huge portions I'm stuffed! Great service just be patient as these guys are busy!

I got the mango fruit tea with lychee popping bubbles, super tasty.

My Nan and I love their waffles. Matcha tea ice cream is amazing and love their ranges of bubble tea. Really like the fact that they allow you to choose the sweetness of the drinks, so you have alot more control than other bubble tea shops.

I've come to Southampton to visit my friend for this summer holiday and usually drop by Chatime to have great milk tea. It was such a surprise to me at first, the tea flavours of Chatime Southampton are even better than what we get in my city. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. They help me to choose best flavours and serve really fast. Besides, the space is so large, I can bring many of my friends there to chat and drink teas together. The location is great, too. It is located right in the city centre so it is very convenient to go shopping and drop by to drink milk tea in this hot weather. I've come here for 5 days a week and it is like my habit to visit Chatime now. Hope that Chatime Southampton can extend and open more branches.
Never failed but unfortunately all toilets we 'Not In Use'. Would've stayed longer and had 1 more round of drinks but no toilet means can't stay for long.
Drink many times, the pearl quantity is very much ，but sometimes the cover always breaks and spills into the bag
The drink here is absolutely amazing! I had Brown rice green milk tea with pearls and pudding. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ❤️
They were very very busy when we came, still we only had to wait a few minutes. Drinks are fantastic as expected. It’s a great place in my opinion. They’re slightly expensive tho.
The barista who worked there was extremely patient, friendly and welcoming. It was the first time I've been and I knew I would make a fool out of myself when ordering, but the barista was incredibly helpful and kind. The speed of the service was faster than I was expecting and the drinks were delicious. This won't be the last time I go.

Chatime Southampton is an ideal place for relaxing and chatting with my friends. It offers nice decoration and spacious sitting area. They have so many different drinks that I did not know what to choose in my first time trying. Thanks to a lovely staff who recommended fruit tea, I tried Mango Green Tea and it was awesome. Lychee Black Tea, Lychee Cooler and Tiramisu Milk Tea are also my favorite. Staff are friendly, helpful and very polite👏🏻👏🏻.
In the photo is Tiramisu Milk Tea in a cute Hello Kitty cup hahaa. And one more thing, the cup is reusable!!!
Will surely visit it frequently.

The waffles are a must! I was expecting them to not be too nice, but I was wrong. If you're in Chatime then I highly suggest you to get yourself these Waffles.

Chatime is the first bubble tea i have ever tried so it is the one I use as reference for the rest.
Very consistent among the different franchises and never disappoints.
This particular branch is great as you have sitting area if you wanna chill with your bubbles. I do normally take it home though.
The only reason I did not rate it 5 star is because, even though the orders have calmed down, they seem to prioritize orders arriving though Hungry Panda and it is like waiting on a queue with people "Pushing in" from home.
If there are no orders coming from Hungry Panda then is great.
I have seen two new bubble tea places in Southampton that I have not tried but they are always empty, Chatime is always packed. Follow the crowds for good bubble tea!
