Stayed at this hotel around Christmas and I was very impressed.
For a chain hotel the staff, in particular, the Deputy Manager were brilliant.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The Premier Plus room was very comfortable.
And the breakfast was the usual generous Premier Inn fare.
The situation is not ver
Well known and Great value for money hotel. Located very close to the Cruise terminal this is a busy hotel but very well ran. Our room was spotless, well equipped and being the Premium Plus we had the coffee maker/complimentary water and the jazzy bathroom lights. 5th floor view and friendly staff m
Well located near the Westquay Shopping Centre and Cruise terminal at the Port. Rooms were very well decorated and maintained, and staff were very friendly. Only downside is the fact you have to pay for parking. All in all, I'd happily stay again.
Great location for a stay before a cruise from Southampton. Also it's a 5 minutes walk into the town centre. It's a good 20 minute walk to to Southampton Football Club. There is pay and display parking on site and a multi storey carpark very close by. We were upgraded to a Premier Plus room as there
Clean rooms, pleasant service, nice bathroom, decent breakfast.
Close to the port if you're looking to stay somewhere before your cruise holiday, literally a 5 min drive away!
Comfortable and a good location for town. Food isn't always the best but breakfast was OK. I didn't do evening meal as I'm normally dissatisfied with premier inn food.
Feb 2024. Stayed one night very close to the cruise terminal, shops, historic areas and was reasonably priced. Room fairly spacious and with everything you’d need for an overnighter. Check in staff friendly. Only one tiny negative comment was that there was no shower gel in the dispensers in the sh
Clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Staff were not around much but the one we met at the buffet breakfast the next morning was friendly, efficient and took our food allergies seriously. I would definitely return there.
Opted for premier Inn because you know what you expect and for the most part it meet expectations. Had an issue with the tap running only hot, mentioned it the next morning and they instantly asked which room and said they'll fix it. The sheet was maybe too small for the (big and comfy) mattress so
Great location, new rooms on 5th floor but they didn’t have wifi and there was little or no mobile phone coverage. So a business hotel from which it was all but impossible to connect to the outside world. Staff were apologetic but ultimately just shrugged about wifi issues
One of the friendliest and cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed at.Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly, making sure I knew about the options and food requirements. The room has plenty of space, including a workspace and couch which was perfect. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, whic
Standard room. Clean. Bed and pillows a little hard. Quiet sleep well sound proofed. Location meant parking was a nightmare and was in the Westquay multistory which cost me £6 for 16 hours .
Not accessible at all.. Avoid going on a Saturday or you'll get stuck in cruise ship traffic.
Staff ok. Break
Great location. Clean and tidy rooms. Parking is limited at the rear of the building so you may have to use the multi storey car park to the side of the hotel.
Great place to stay if you're going on a cruise.
The port is about 5 minutes away.
This is an absolute long shot, our little boy left his snowman in the premier innwest quay hotel room107 at Southampton, we’ve been back we’ve rang and emailed numerous times there adimant it’s not there, but that is the last time he had it, only other last resort is if he lost it in the street, wal
Typical Premier Inn. Comfortable beds, affordable and convenient location. Food average
I'm a fan of Premier Inns cheap and cheerful. I actually liked thatvyhe restaurant was on the 4th floor, don't ask me why😆 and we didn't eat at the restaurant it was over Christmas.
