First experience of Five Guys, and we were very impressed, we were served by Matthew who was so friendly and very helpful, food did not take too long either, by the time we had decided on the vast selection of drinks the food was ready, absolutely gorgeous proper American style cheeseburgers, our teenage kids thought it was amazing, great setting, music, atmosphere and food can't fault it (was a bit pricey but considering portion size can't really grumble) oh and not forgetting great staff.

Amazing burgers. Fries were okay, bit dry but better with sauce. Love the drinks machine and the milkshake was amazing. Yes it's a bit pricey but a meal for two cost 30 quid in most places and there was loads of it. Staff were friendly and food cooked quickly.

Quite simply the best burgers I have ever eaten, the fries are very tasty as well, it's not cheap, but the best never is.

As ever the burgers were great, the Cajun fries spicy as ever with a huge portion and the drinks machine offer a great choice. Well worth £25 for 2 people

I've used this place twice now and will definitely use again. They really know how to make a burger, the Cajun fries are to die for and the cherry milkshake was amazing. For other reviewers complaining about the prices, they are clearly visible before ordering so YOU have the option to buy or not to buy. Don't order then complain how expensive it is. You want cheap burgers, go to McDonald's.

Expensive.... but burger was worth the money it was delicious, not so sure about chips and drink, over priced for these items.

Excellent service, staff couldn't be any more helpful. Burgers were top notch and some of the best in the UK.

Fair portion and price. If you love burgers you can’t say no to five guys. Burgers are super good there. About fries - just remember, if you go alone take a small portion but if you are with one/two people - regular will be enough. Believe me !

Had a small portion of chips. They cost £3.95 the price was on the steep side and the portion was above average. The taste was very good and they had the option of mayo and ketchup via pumps. They should also offer free water and cups but they do not seem to have that option.

I had my order cancelled by a Just Eat delivery driver after I got a notification that it was on the way. I phoned the restaurant and spoke to the manager Hayden who more than sorted everything out. Nice bloke with exceptional customer service skills. Food was perfect too. Will be back.

Very little social distancing going on in this fast food restaurant with no sign of track and trace. Really bad considering that everyone ordering a fizzy drink uses touch screens to order what they want. Tasty burgers made to order and the fries are gi-normous!! Share a regular fries with a friend in your bubble !!

Unlimited drinks, peanuts and large batch of chips. Strong 5 guys vibe, the White and red was prominent throughout. There was small crates of peanuts that people weren't utilising. The burger and hotdog was decent, can get it anywhere, but the chips definitely made the whole meal go from decent to great. Highly recommended the chips, especially the portion size.

I've been here quite a few times the burgers are absolutely amazing, and they give you such a big portion of chips. 🙂

Amazing tasty food. Staff here is always helpful and polite. The only downside is the price but giving the quality of the food it's worth.

First time having five guys. Won't be the last. Love being able to build your own burger, lovely patient team, as we weren't familiar with British pounds. Amazing Cajun fries!

Great friendly service. A bit of a wait, but not too much - It just means that your food id being cooked to order and not just picke off a shelf like other places. Just one criticism: Why so many fries? Its too much...

Sometimes only a Five Guys will do, not cheap but worth every penny for a seriously great burger served my way.

One of the best burguers I have eaten in Southampton, for sure. Just think the price is a little over the edge if you decide to add a drink (even knowing you can have unlimited refills) and some fries. Regular cheese burguer - 8£ Fries - a normal size is enough for two Drink - 3£ something Paying around 15£ is a bit too much from my point of view but it's a great burguer no doubts

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location (at the time) was incredibly quiet with a large amount of seating. A quick wait time and excellent tasting food for an affordable price in contrast to other fast food franchises. Overall - Great place to eat in with excellent food!
