Had my son's 5th birthday party here, a pizza making party...it was brilliant! Our hostess was so lovely and engaged well with the kids. The kids loved it, the parents were impressed. Would recommend a child's birthday here to anyone!
Good service and food as you would expect. The seafood main I wanted was not available that day. It would have been good to have been advised that when we sat down. Apart from that no complaints
Staff were helpful and very attentive. Pizzas were as lovely as ever - very tasty and nicely cooked.
Had a wonderful lunch here. I had reserved a table, but had difficulty with travel - I called ahead, and they were kind enough to keep my reservation saved for me past the 15 minute expiry given on the booking website. All the staff were wonderful; welcoming, accommodating and clearly working incredibly hard, as being a bank holiday, they were in extremely high demand. I do hope their efforts are recognised for running such a tight ship.
The food was all outstanding, with some of the new menu items being highlights. We will definitely be back.

The pesto dough balls were particularly incredible! We got sat in a really nice place, especially considering it was only two of us. And Aleksandra was absolutely fantastic, really went above and beyond and was just genuinely lovely. I’m not someone who usually writes reviews but her service made me want to write one!
Just eaten at this fabulous pizza express in the west quay shopping centre, Southampton. We were greeted immediately & sat down in a perfect area overlooking the centre. Thomas came over & took our order. He was fantastic, asked how we were, lovely smile & manner & interacted just perfectly with the three of us. He remembered that my mum didn’t like ice in her water-maybe only a small thing to some but important to my mum. Drinks arrived promptly & our pizzas 15 mins afterwards. They were perfect. Thomas checked all was ok with the food. Despite being busy he was extremely personable & made such a difference to the overall experience. Thankyou Thomas
The pizza's that you get from Pizza Express are fantastic, I don't have one near where I live so like to visit the West Quay branch. The service you get is really good, and it's a more relaxing environment than the food court to enjoy lunch. Peter was our waiter and he was fabulous, funny, engaging, which really adds to the dinning experience. We had two pizzas and polenta chips and all the food was yummy, I would recommend getting the app as it is a really good app to have, as you do get rewarded for customer loyalty.
The BEST italian pizza I have ever eaten, really outstanding. Pro crew, so nice, very kind and fast service. If You want to know genuine italian taste that’s the BEST place. Recommend You all.
After being seated by the wonderful manager, I was greeted by a lovely front of house staff member named Thomas. He then proceeded to set up a special table for myself as I’m 7’1 and a four XL chest. After attentively taking my order, the food came out so quickly i barely had time to put the keys of my self driving tesla back into my pocket. After a wonderful experience, I pulled out my gucci wallet to pay and leave a tip before leaving.
I had an amazing experience dining here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was faultless. Thankyou for an amazing lunch out

The pizza at this place is absolutely delicious! The crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the cheese is wonderfully melted. The service is prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.I highly recommend trying their chicken pizza. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to satisfy your pizza cravings. Special shout-out to Aaron for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Took my mum - who is a wheelchair user - and I like that they spoke to her as well as me, often staff elsewhere act as though she’s invisible. Tasty pizza, good drink selection.
The food was delicious as always in pizza express. The waiter was really nice and polite. But the atmosphere was not as good because it's in such a crowded shopping center but overall pizza stress I'd have to rate it about a 4.5 out of five just the atmosphere that I didn't really like.
