Really friendly and helpful staff. Very lively bar in the evening. Dining area with a great varied and well priced menu. Cosy rooms away from the pub making for a quiet stay. Would certainly go back.
A group of us, called in for lunch, we had a little bit of a wait, but all our orders arrived and everyone was pleased with their food.
The hotel is having some outside work done, which involves lots of scaffolding which makes the place look uninviting, but it's open as usual.

Pre cruise stop over. Gareth was the perfect host, friendly and efficient. Food was a real bonus, excellent quality and plenty of it. Breakfast included anything you would expect. Spent 3 nights here while attending a training course. Really pleased with the room and en-suite shower. The facilities were fine, great shower and the bed very comfortable. Very happy with breakfast options. Loved the dinner menu. Would definitely return. Lovely staff who are very personable.
We went to the park and decided to stop for lunch after, they had no tables as really busy, said we could wait 15 mins, so we got a drink, no sooner had we sat outside a table was ready.

Nice pub with straightforward accommodation good pub food and quick service. Reasonably priced with onsite parking. Decent walks close by, I definitely would use it again.

Served on time, nice and hot, extra gravy, the roast potatoes were yummy, all the meals came out at the same time and the staff were helpful and efficient. SO nice to have somewhere local, to eat!

Great little place to stay, the bar, restaurant and rooms are clean and bright. The rooms are located behind the pub outside near the beer garden. The road is not noisy, and the bar closes at 11 pm and is not rowdy either. We enjoyed our full English breakfast and they provide other hot breakfast op

Super friendly staff, top quality ta food and super comfy rooms. We really could not have asked for more, the staff went above and beyond. Fantastic, friendly pub that offers so much more than other pubs. Great for meeting up with friends and family or just a quiet one. The themed rooms upstairs are amazing, great bistro out the back, or you can order bar food which is delicious, while you watch your favourite team on the big screens.
A pub on the main road heading into Royal Victoria Country Park in Netley, so a great location to stop for refreshments if you’ve been out for a walk.

Prince Concert is local to us. It has a special appeal as we first visited 63 years ago!
We go there now for lunch when the family visit and no complaints. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Good food and the dog has bowl of water and biscuits.

On the night we arrived, they didn't have draught beer or larger, only bottles, which wasn't a problem for me but bumped into someone, and they said it been 2 weeks?
