Delightful place with beautiful Ambience, delicious grill n refreshing drinks n music.. Food was perfect, succulent n tender meats grilled , Customer service - 5 stars.. restaurant was so crowded, glad we got a table , It was a wonderful dining experience and we will surely visit again. Thanks to Mite for making our dinner enjoyable with his politeness n hospitality. Baklawa was out of this world..fresh n homemade....Warmth n hospitality at its best !!!
Good food. Environment is very nice. Well trained staff. I left my wallet there and they called me to take it back. Really thankful to them. Highly Recommended
A pretty good all round first experience of Ottoman Kitchen. Staff were friendly, food was pretty good and overall were welcoming. Drinks were a little pricy but this is the norm these days. Would go again.
We had a small family reunion here. It was great! Lively atmosphere, good service and very good food.
I haven't eaten here yet so I haven't given a review of food at this point. I met two locals who visit this restaurant every Sunday night for wine and to see the Frank Sinatra act that plays on this evening and my opinion of this place is in high regard. I watched the waiters serve customers in a professional manor and the service is of both quality and excellence. The Frank Sinatra act was of high quality and I found the whole experience to be wholesome to say the least. The smell of barbecue grilled meats, accompanied by the smell of good wine really sold my night and I hold this venue in high regard.
I also noticed that the venue is very accommodating of children and vegetarian options and I can't wait to bring my children here.
Returning to Ottoman Restaurant is always a joy, and my recent visit was no exception. Angelita's delightful service made the experience even more enjoyable. Her sweet demeanor and attentive care left a lasting impression.
The chicken soup I had was simply divine – rich in flavor and impeccably seasoned. It's dishes like these that keep me coming back for more.

Beautiful restaurant, went with my friend for my birthday. Food was really tasty but would have preferred a bigger portion for what we payed for. Dessert was also amazing I got a rice pudding and it was made fresh same day. The only thing I would improve is that some of the waiters just occasionally stand around and even when you look at them to signal that you would like them to come over they don't respond and just stand there (I won't blame them as they work long hours, this might have been a one time occurence) Also presentation could be a bit better. I wouldn't mind waiting longer for my food if presentation was top notch.

The potion of all the dishes is huge and we can finish it at all(we did take it back home and haven’t waste the food).
All the staff a really nice and kind and if you don’t know what to have just ask for an suggestion and don’t be shy!
The restaurant also have live bands, not really into it but still fine, overall it’s good to try.
Food was okay but should be alot better considering the price. Service was brilliant and attentive. Belly dancers, live music and DJ was unexpected but really good.
Southampton needs more places like this. I have been to restaurants all over Europe and this reminds me of those - fast service, courteous waiting staff and reasonable prices. Superb building and decor. Also great entertainment in the form of a swing singer in the courtyard. Highly recommended.

We've been down from Lincolnshire visiting family who live just outside Southampton and Ottoman Kitchen was suggested as a nice place to eat. It did not disappoint at all 🙂 The food, service and ambience were all excellent and we'd definitely return if visiting the area again. Thank you for a delicious meal 😋
Been wanting to visit here for a long time and it did not disappoint! Fantastic food, super atmosphere and very friendly staff! You are paying at the higher end of the scale here but it was worth the wait. Good beer, good cocktails and super food! I can't talk about the food highly enough. I will definitely be returning here and trying more of the amazing menu. Another thing to note on the atmosphere is the live music! Just adds to what was a very memorable evening.
Great service and customer care. The food was the best I ever had in a while. Each meat had its own unique taste. Would definitely recommend coming here and experiencing the fine food
The restaurant is clean and is a nice place to be, with a feeling of being on holiday. The display of food waiting to be grilled looked fresh and appetising.
The live music on Sunday is not something I knew about in advance and probably would have avoided, had I known. I'm a little deaf and myself and my friend could not talk for much of the evening. That said, it was well performed.
Service was excellent and efficient, there was little need to ask for anything throughout and they also offered a takeaway box for what we could not finish.
As for the food, it was very tasty. Well seasoned and well cooked over their charcoal grill. The salad was well dressed and broke up the fat nicely. I'd have welcomed a flavoured rice over the white rice I got, and the minced lamb kebab I had had a few lumps of gristle that hit teeth quite hard.
I would come again, but would order something different next time.
First time here, came with colleagues for my leaving meal. Welcome was amazing, seated very quickly. Drinks order taken and delivered with speed. Food came quickly and was delicious. We all paid separately and this didn't phase them! Waiter came over to see if we enjoyed our meal which was a very personal touch to the end of our experience. Would highly recommend for meat eaters and vegetarians alike
