Buffet was lovely and plenty of it, staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, had my mums 70th birthday party in the function room and everything went great.
Highly recommend too all.
Had the works Christmas meal here, lovely friendly staff and Christmas meal was gorgeous plenty of turkey and vegetables and the trimmings. Would differently recommend. Great venue. 👍
Had a really nice time and meal at the view. Good quality food, plenty on the plate. We sat inside due to the baby being a bit too hot. But the table by the door and bar had s nice breeze coming through. Will definitively bring the family again. Will photograph the meals next time, as that’s a ‘thing’ lol! But we were way to hungry to pause. Ha ha! Thanks 👍

What a lovely little bar, great view and fantastic food I had the breakfast and drink for £6.95 and I didn't expect much but it was delicious and loads I couldn't finish it !!! The staff are friendly and very welcoming the young man gave me great advice for what I should try next time and there will definitely be a next time , I will be recommending this place , thank you for looking after me !!!
Cracking place ! We had our U9 football team presentation there last night in function room ! Super size and they even done had some complimentary finger food which was amazing ! Friendly and community minded atmosphere ! I also tried out the food during the week had rack of ribs and bbq sauce was goooood ! Will be visiting a lot more our new place to go for a friendly drink and food ! Great work guys ! And thanks for helping out with the presentation evening !

I have been using the function room for classes for about 6 months now. The staff are absolutely lovely, so accommodating and always happy to help. The venue is an ideal open space with lots of light coming in. Really happy with the service and the standard from The View Bar. Thank you!

Lovely place to gather , have a good meal and celebration
A lovely place to visit in summer when you can sit outside and admire the view across the sports centre. The food is good. I've been here for two organised lunch events and enjoyed both. We've also enjoyed coming for lunch or just a cup of coffee..
Private party, bartender was slow , could have done with 2. Prices were good and a great place to have an event. Overall, it was a great night.
It gets a bit cold sometimes, but otherwise, it's a lovely place to go. Nice genuine staff who care. I had a lovely surprise, too.
I was going to give 4* because of the cold, but its a simple fix, so I'll still rate it 5* and they attended to it relatively quickly.

The snack bits aren't snacks for one lol. Dirty chips are lush with bacon. The nachos were lovely (guacamole sauce was weird) goo amount of cheese and chilli peppers. Yum!
Just been to the Brosdway show and had the best time in years. Decor could do with updating but great day by us all, a family of 8
First time here for a roast dinner service great food the best roast I've tasted plenty to choose from will definitely be back
Large, friendly pub, with ample space for most functions, nice carvery lunch on a Sunday, and close to the sports centre.
Very nice stuff and very decent food at good prices. On sunny days it's awesome to sit outside.

Nice bar and cafe. Sport (e.g football, rugby and cricket) is available to watch here through BT sports and SKY sports. Nice place to stop for a pint after exercising in the local sports area or for a proper meal. Large outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. Toilets are also here. Suitable for children and families.

Venue was big enough in space, has outdoor seating, great for summer days, the view is of the Southampton sports centre.
They serve very nice food here. The service is very good and the pies are excellent.

I've been here twice for a reception in the function room. Both times the food has been very good (although the tea was awful.. needs to buy better tea bags), and the staff friendly and helpful. The views over the sports centre are lovely and it would be nice to have the curtains away from the windows in order to enjoy the view.. lovely to sit outside in the warm weather....

We would like to thank all the staff especially James for all their hard work and going the extra mile for us on Monday , we held a wake there and can,t praise them all enough ,from the food to the customer service and the background music it was everything we had asked for and the guests were very complimentary and all enjoyed the freshly cooked buffet x
