It was my first visit to this place I would definitely go back the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Moose I had was very enjoyable and tasty, want to try more of their different desserts, definitely worth a visit,
Had one of the sorbets which are always great and a must try at serendipity but also tried the strawberry and mango snowy white buns which are so unique and worth trying if you want to have a new fav dessert! Highly recommend this place!!
Durian pancake and mango dumpling is amazing! Friendly staff and the place is clean. The staff made a warm lemon tea with pearls for my wife and it was delicious. The warmth of the tea made the pearls soft. Thank you �

I have some familiarity with Chinese desserts, having visited southeast Asia. Many of the flavours I looked forward to trying were on the menu, and an impressive array of traditional desserts such as red beans, various jelly flavours such as mango and coconut, and more unusual things such as turtle herbal jelly. Bubble tea is also served here, but our favourite was the choose-your-own toppings sorbet. This was the texture of light, fluffy snow, but slow to melt, even under layers of syrup, fruit, nuts or marshmallows, until past our lips. We also tried mango pancake, coconut cake, and strawberry dumpling. The latter had an outer layer of mochi, a stretchy pastry made from a special sticky rice and lightly sweetened. Cream fillings were light and fruit ingredients fresh and flavoursome.
The staff were friendly, answered our questions and offered recommendations. The cafe was furnished with comfy sofas, soft cushions and some soft toys like Winnie the Pooh. At the counter we saw a selection of the desserts available to take away, which would make an unusual and tasty gift.
Had an absolutely fab evening here yesterday. The hostess was lovely; friendly and very patient with our endless queries about ingredients. She even arranged for a mini tasting plate of some of the more unfamiliar ingredients.
The food was fascinating, very unlike English desserts, We had the lily bulb and white fungus soup, mango pancake and personalised sorbet and enjoyed all of them. Will definitely be going back to try some more dishes from the menu.
My favourite cafe in Southampton :) really different, lovely service and sofas better than at home. Would always recommend

What a lovely evening was here today. Fantastic desserts. The durian pancake is unbelievably tasty, matcha milk pudding is awesome and the personalised sorbet was a real Heaven. We've never eat anything like these ones before definitely will go back again to try other tastes.

Just got back from a lovely evening with friends at Serendipity. The staff was very welcoming (I was impressed because we arrived quite late and en masse, but still all our orders were taken with a smile! ), it's a relaxing atmosphere, and the food is delicious and unlike anything else in Southampton. Come try it soon!
I loved it! The atmosphere was great and the desserts tasted SO nice�� I want to come back with my friends for a birthday treat soon. ^-^
They've just had a revamp in terms of decorating and it's absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't stop looking at the ceiling and all the gorgeous paintings. The food always at such a good quality too 🥰
Lovely place. Can't believe it's taken us this long to find the place. Highly recommended. Had a large brakafast, was super tasty, all ingredients are good quality and cooked well. Ordered coffee and juice. Highly recommended we will be back, go early it gets busy.
Popped in 2 weeks ago and had lounge eggs with smoked salmon and bang bang fried cauliflower. It was so good I went back the following week for lounge eggs with bacon and will be back again tomorrow! Absolutely lovely food and the hollandaise is amazing
always delicious when i come here! the gluten free menu is identical to the standard menu which means an insane amount of choices!
The entire experience was quite appealing, the food was extremely fresh and tasty. The only downside I would like to point out is speed of service, we were a group of 17 and some of us had to wait quite some time to get our orders, despite ordering first, even though the wait wasn't too exasperating, it felt like somewhat a result of mismanagement.
But apart that, the wait was worth it because the food was perfect and definitely worth another try.

Chilled out vibe, they do all day breakfast and other random bits like tapas, along with burgers etc. Definitely recommend. Been quite a few times, food is pretty decent (better than pub food). Fair price too. Also offer drinks (cocktails, beers etc), so its good at all times of day. Also have board games which is cool if you want to do something other than just chat!
All round a really chill and lovely place to visit. We tried it for the first time yesterday, and came back today! It's so refreshing to be able to have a choice of gluten free options on the menu, I'm so used to just having chips.. it's frustrating. (If you're GF you know that we are often offered branded premade frozen food that tastes like cardboard.. you won't get that experience here).

We love this place and go regularly. It's quite busy but worth the wait for a table which never takes long as there are so many! Good tasty food with a great gluten free menu, and decent coffee too. Friendly staff and board games while waiting for the food to arrive. When it's not raining there's a cool outside area, inside the decor is Boho eclectic chic with a bit of mid century, very cool place to dine 👍
We’ve been there with friends couple days ago and absolutely loved it! We were playing games, staff were very friendly, they served food very quickly. Desserts were amazing! We spent there very good time.
