I've enjoyed a meal which was nice and the drinks choice is amazing as well as the wine and spirits too. Great place to visit. Can't wait to use the beer garden
My experience at this charming country pub restaurant has been nothing short of delightful on both occasions I have visited. The atmosphere exudes a warm and welcoming feel, with its lively and bustling environment contributing to the overall feel of the place. The extensive variety of food options
We came here for an early dinner. The menu was really varied and good for all diets and tastes. Really nice place, clean and well presented with helpful and friendly staff. The food prices matched well to the great produce and portions, and they serve food all day, which is great. Free parking and p
Dropped in as we were passing for lunch, staff were friendly, Holly was our waitress. Ordered rabbit for starters, with curried Goat and plain Jane burger for mains, all great and tasty.
A late lunch on a weekday, so the lack of "Atmos" was just because it was quiet. The chips were very crispy but pre-salted and the chicken batter was also too salty, but otherwise the meal was fantastic.
Stopped off for a late lunch with the dog..very welcoming and friendly. Food very tasty. Loved the dog Wall of fame. Our dog had her photo taken and added to the wall..really lovely idea. Took some lovely cake home as we were fall..would definitely recommend and will visit when we are down South ag
Visited for Valentines Day dinner. Was disappointed by the atmosphere, thought it would be busier (out of their hands, I know). Pub was clean, tidy and well presented. Staff greeted us and were very friendly. Waited a while for drinks. We ordered starters, mains and sides. It was all hot and well pr
Start of our Sunday lunch tour around Hampshire. Had pork belly which was very well cooked and accompanied by a great selection of vegetables. Service was also high quality. The quibble I had was that we were sat by the door was a bit chilly. Couldn't fault anything else though.
I visited this place a while ago and was very impressed with the place. Both the style and cleanliness. A large interior with mixed seating and a separate dining area. Outside seating also with parasols next to a large car park. Slightly off the beaten track but well worth the visit. Staff are frien
Only went here as we drove past and decided to pop back in for a bite to eat later on. Definitely worth a visit. The menu covers plenty of pallets of tastes for all. Two mains and a drink each was just over £40. It’s got plenty of places to eat but not much parking unless there’s more at the rear. I
I've not visited this pub for over 20 years but I was pleasantly suprised with how good it is now. The food is absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced considering how beautifully it's presented and the flavours put together. The chefs are an absolute credit along with the front of house team T
A great meal, lovely flavours, side dish of Texan beans must be larger. But did ask for an extra portion of beans. , no problems. A superb setting.
Fabulous food! Everything we had was really excellent. They have a great menu, with lots of choice and they also have an industrial smoker, so the bbq type meats were great. The burgers were hand made and the pulled pork salad was a brilliant combination of flavours. We'll definitely be back next ti
Lovely spot to stop for lunch. Very friendly welcoming place. Dog friendly, cyclist friendly and plenty of parking spaces. Tables outside with shade and cosy nooks inside if you prefer. Lot of range on the menu. We had Pulled pork and Chicken salads which were lovely. They were great with accomodat
Great place! Great food, good prices, lovely staff, plenty of parking and room inside and out. Food served all day, local produce and dietary restrictions available. Will definitely go back when visiting Beaulieu Motor Museum 😀
Great character pub/restaurant. Ricky is a great host and welcomes everyone even if he’s so busy doing the job of 3 staff. We used to love Mark too but he’s gone to other pub. Eating areas always busy and food looks great. The pub welcomes its groups like the Knitting circle and Frontline
At first abit of a wait just to get order in, apoun awaiting our food, had a good look round light above table, dusty and cobwebs, chewing gum stuck under the table, the interior is a miss match of antique and modern but a pleasant atmosphere never the less. The food portions is a good size they not
