Having visited this place on a few occasions, both with friends and for a takeout, I decided to give them a five star rating for the food, the service and the ability to cater for large groups.
Located in the Bitterne Triangle area it’s easy to find and get to.

Always excellent cuisine. Best Indian restaurant in area by far!! Have to try the lamb dhansak. It's the best I've ever had. Friendly staff and great service.
They have just reopened and are back to the excellent standards of quality food as before. Really nice vindaloo highly recommend them. They also gave us a free Bombay potato side dish which we really enjoyed. Great to have you back.
Great food as always. Booked a sit down meal tonight and the food was amazing, just as good as we have had delivered from them. Well recommend. Very friendly staff in the restaurant. Will be using them again.
Fantastic food and great staff. Don't hesitate to ask them about the food. They can cook it to whatever preference you want. Atmosphere it's very relaxed. I ordered a passanda initially. Lovely little local Indian restaurant and takeaway. Nice food at reasonable prices. The inside has been done up recently as well, very nice standard inside now. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Been coming to Bitterne Balti for years and I don't think that'll be changing anytime soon!
Came down from London to see my grandparents and heard about this place so we decided to eat there, the service is amazing the staff is super friendly absolutely amazing food they catered for me as I am vegan. 10/10 would go again
