We took our daughter to the farmers home for her birthday. Dinner was fantastic. Nice portions and food was delicious. We were welcomed by lovely staff and the service was excellent. We live near Durley and we all said why haven’t we come back here before now? Last time was 2 years ago! We definitely are going back because the whole evening was so lovely.

Great service, nice cider, reasonable prices 2 courses for £16.50, roast and dessert A really good garden as well, child and dog friendly 😁 Update still a great pint and garden 😁😁 And now with Henry Weston's on tap, a really great pint of cider👌🏻 Had a roast here today (Feb 24) with a big group of friends. Great dinner and dessert Well worth it 😋

Very good location, easy parking and next to a farm -hence the name- the restaurant / pub has a large beer garden and a playground for the little ones. Service was excellent, attentive and all the staff interacted very well with our children. The food was great, though the king prawn Thermidor had three king prawns and loads of baby shrimp (?). Nonetheless, it was delicious. Would definitely go back.

A rarity! A pub with an actual pub area not all restaurant space as so many are these days. We enjoyed beer and chips in the cosy bar area. We had a warm welcome in more ways than one as there was a lovely roaring fire in the wood burner when we were there. And as other reviewers have said there's a nice beer garden for when the weather is warmer. Based on this visit I'm sure we will be back for a drink and a proper meal in the not too distant future. Wish it was our local!

Lovely meals and very helpful and friendly staff. I wanted to swap a few items on the breakfast menu. No quibble at all. Was sat outside at first with the dogs and was welcomed inside. Makes a lovely change to sit in. Dogs were given a treat and we both enjoyed our meal. Exceptional quality food too. A little more priced than your average cafe. But you definitely get what you pay for in this case. Eggs were delicious and fresh. Sausage and bacon high quality. Will definitely be going again

Great tradional British pub grub. We didn't book but they found us a table in back room, really busy. Always a good sign. We were staying at The Oakes and walked round.

Lovely country pub in the village of Durley. Popped in for lunch whilst looking around the village reminiscing about holidays there with my grandparents in the 70's. Very nice food and local ale and all for a tenner. Hosts were most welcoming, would definitely recommend.

A lovely family run pub with terrific staff who are not overbearing and focused on great quality food at reasonable prices in a traditional setting with a large carpark and proper beer garden. We love it!

We went to this charming, country pub for a funeral tea. The food was delicious and the staff were brilliant. Everything was ready when we arrived and the food came promptly.

Fabulous restaurant hidden away from the masses. Lovely service, great decor, very tasty food. Not the cheapest, but this is definitely a case of 'getting what you pay for' 10/10.
