I recently went to Turtle Bay, a Carribean restaurant in England. It was really busy when we got there and had to wait a bit but it was well worth the wait. Their starters and mains (the one pots) were very tasty and exactly what I was craving on a cold evening in England. The ambience was awesome too.
Been to the place twice in a little over a month and I want to keep going back!! Yes sir, this is the place to be! Being an Indian my tongue always craves for that twist in the usual western cooking methodology and this restaurant does exactly that ! Far from the routine taste of English and Indian food in this city this Caribbean restaurant is just the difference one needs when really hungry.
I don't want to go into the details of the dishes because I still have loads to try but whatever I have eaten here has been nothing less than a surprise for me. From the starters to the pots , the cocktails to the sweet corner, each is a creation in itself. And the crazy combination of flavours that they do is absolutely mind blowing !
In short, this restaurant is a blessing in this little city, and I hope they keep up the good work they already do, and keep our tastebuds entertained 😉

One of the most delicious restaurants in Southampton. The Caribbean food is awesome, especially Caribbean Fish Curry and Curry, Shrimp & Mango. Try cocktails during the happy hour - they are 2-4-1 :)
Really lovely bottomless brunch! Nev and Bean served us, they were fantastic. Made sure we were well looked after and made sure we always had a drink. Can’t wait to come back!
Saturday brunch at turtle bay Southampton. Lovely food, very quick service. Shout out to Nevaeh for her attentive service. A lovely relaxed experience with plenty of cocktails. Thoroughly recommend.
Had simply awesome experience the bar manager was amazing and totally gave us Amazing customer service experience. She really had time for us . The food and drinks were out of This a strong five stars.
Went for a bottomless brunch and to be fair it's the best one I've been on. I mean this by the quality of choice of food and drink. The service was superb but on a busier Saturday it might be more difficult. Our server Nevaeh was superb.
Went along pre-show to Ivo Graham at Mast Studios with friends. I personally have an allergy to chilli (the swelling up kind!) So it was going to a little difficult for me, but didn't want to disappoint my friends who love a Turtle Bay dinner. Our server, Emilie, was more than helpful in helping to decide what I could order with my limitations, as well as helping me to decide on which Cocktail would be best. Emilie went on her break during our time there and her presence was missed, especially when we had a young waiter who kept pushing us to order alcoholic drinks when we had already said several times 2 of us were not drinking. Toilets here left a lot to be desired and to a point, enough to put you off your food. These really need attention. The food was ok, but nothing to sing about. My friend had the brown chicken hash and really enjoyed that, but those with jerk salmon/ pork belly left some of their meals as it was overly seasoned with thyme.
Very nice food, friendly staff. Good value for money. There was a bit too loud music, nearly like in the club. Restaurant was full and loud music, made it very hard to hear person next to you. We went there with children and they wanted to leave it straight away because of loudness. We convinced them to stay, and it was worth as food was delicious
What a lovely atmosphere and the staff were so sweet. The happy hour cocktails were perfectly made and service was on point. Plus, the jerk salmon was really tasty. It's nice to see a busy restaurant and doing well.

The food was just sensational and absolutely faultless, service was amazing as well with really nice waiters and waitresses and there was just such a positive vibe throughout the entire restaurant. I cannot recommend this place enough, if you're in the area in Southampton this is a must visit :)
Briefly stopped here for food and a cocktail. Food was great! Cocktails were great and 2 for 1. Super quick service, too, despite it being extremely busy due to a football match.
