Really lovely environment. Went there with my girlies for brunch, it was great to catch up and eat delicious food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, overall very impressed. The only thing I'd change is that the plates were rather wobbly 🤣 Everytime you tried to cut food, it would wobble. And I wasn't so keen on the smoothie as it was very watery. Other than that, a great place to stop for brunch! Would recommend booking in advance.

My sister and I were absolutely blown away with our experience this morning! It couldn't have been more of a positive experience. We both absolutely LOVED our breakfasts which were both presented perfectly, and delicious! The best breakfasts we've ever had. I had the Mediterranean breakfast and she had the garden plate. The menu is so inventive and unique. Each dish is great value for money and worth every penny. We felt so valued by the friendly and professional waitresses, and the wait time for food & drinks was really quick! Gorgeous decor inside too!

Very nice place with good food. Brunch menu is varied and has a lot of options to customise meals. Great and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

Me and my two sons visited bills west quay today and I can’t rate the service highly enough. I think the man who served us was called sam. Sam and his colleagues went above and beyond to help us. Their customer service was 100%. The food was lovely, the price was fantastic also with my blue light card! Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I along with very good friends, were in Southampton, UK staying overnight at one of the local hotels prior to leaving on a cruise the next day. I searched Google Maps for places to dine for dinner and settled on Bill’s Restaurant & Bar. The menu had many items that could hit the “hunger” spot after a LONG day of traveling from the West Coast. The atmosphere at Bill’s is cozy and relaxed and gives you a warm sense of being at a friend’s house for dinner. Even though we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, it was very busy, we were not deterred by this and waited. I have found that busy is always a good sign for a restaurant’s popularity. There was a vibe that everyone in the restaurant was relaxed and having a good time, aside from being hungry. I settled on the burger, which I was in the mood for and seeing some of the servings come out of the kitchen looked like a great choice. The only problem I encountered was I like my meat cooked medium-rare and our server said Bill’s only cooks them to medium. I didn’t press the issue with her and left it at that. The food lived up to the reviews that I had read prior to picking Bill’s as the spot for dinner. I started with the Crispy Calamari White as an appetizer followed by the Classic Bill’s Burger. Three of us got the same with an order of a Hippy Bowl. Everyone enjoyed there dinner and was a good end to a long day of traveling. So if you are ever in the Southampton, UK area and are looking for a good place to dine, I would highly recommend Bill’s Restaurant & Bar as a great place to unwind and have a really good meal. If you only want to stop in for liquid adult beverages, they have a nice lounge area along with tables outside in front of the restaurant.

Bill’s restaurants are always a solid choice and Southampton doesn’t disappoint. Service was fast and our server, Chloe, was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively, even at 3pm on a Monday. The pot plants add to the outdoor seating’s ambience. Thank you.

Visiting Southampton we enjoyed a great experience. The desserts we enjoyed were exceptional. The quality of service and friendliness of the waitress Stacey was of a high standard, making for a great time on the terrace of this venue.

Went here on a quiet Tuesday night. All the food and drinks were great. The only thing that I didn't like was the 12.5% service charge for 4 people when the place was quiet. I know you can refuse to pay it,but it makes you feel awkward. By the way I normally do tip ,but not 12.5% ,even for a special meal 😋 Had a good night though.

Located on the West Quay Shopping area, in the cinema area with the other restaurants, on the lower level. Access is by stairs or lift. There are tables inside and out. The menu has a wide range of options of food and drink. Bill's offers special/seasonal menu. Prices are average. Food and drink service is prompt. The restaurant was clean and tidy as well as the outside area and toilets.
