Great Dog friendly chain of restaurants, and the Southampton branch is one of the best, friendly and very helpful staff, they were happy to provide a water bowl for the dog and made her feel welcome.

Me and my two sons visited bills west quay today and I can’t rate the service highly enough. I think the man who served us was called sam. Sam and his colleagues went above and beyond to help us. 3 adults came at around 11:30 without reservation and they accommodated us 3 without an issue. The team were very attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is quite nice. Would highly recommend :)
My wife and I along with very good friends, were in Southampton, UK staying overnight at one of the local hotels prior to leaving on a cruise the next day. I searched Google Maps for places to dine for dinner and settled on Bill’s Restaurant & Bar. The menu had many items that could hit the “hunger”
Excellent service with an extensive, healthy brunch dishes. The food was delicious but a tad bit pricey. There was minimal waiting time today, around 3PM on a Saturday.
I recommend this place if you want a filling meal with great atmosphere, maybe after a long exploration walk or just for a relaxin
Bill’s restaurants are always a solid choice and Southampton doesn’t disappoint. Service was fast and our server, Chloe, was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively, even at 3pm on a Monday. The pot plants add to the outdoor seating’s ambience. Thank you.
Amazing! Delicious food. Friendly, fast service. Lovely atmosphere. Sat outside in the patio area which was lovely. Really yummy chicken shawarma, sweet potato fries and iced latte. Pete was great – excellent customer service.

The desserts we enjoyed were exceptional. The quality of service and friendliness of the waitress Stacey was of a high standard, making for a great time on the terrace of this venue.
We had a lunch on a sunny Sunday in their busiest time and they welcomed us, we had a designated person to look after our table. Food was nice and nice atmosphere. We noticed that they have a lot of regular customer.
Went here on a quiet Tuesday night. All the food and drinks were great. The only thing that I didn't like was the 12.5% service charge for 4 people when the place was quiet. I know you can refuse to pay it,but it makes you feel awkward. By the way I normally do tip ,but not 12.5% ,even for a special
Had a fabulous meal for my son's 17th Birthday after a recommendation from a friend. We were served by Amelia who was very attentive, friendly and a very good server. Will highly recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful night.

As "chain" restaurants go this was quite good. I had "bills brunch" which is their "full English breakfast" which was very tasty; the coffee was good as well.
The restaurant's staff were also tip top.
