Booked here for Mother's Day and Yes the restaurant was very busy but staff super friendly and as soon as we were sat down, it felt like we were in our own little bubble. The busy restaurant didn't change a thing. Order was taken in a timely manner, we wasn't waiting long at all for drinks and food to arrive. We were a group of 6. The food was delicious 😋 and I feel reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.
My friend and I had a wonderful time at your restaurant last night. We were looked after by Casey who was so attentive, friendly and gave great recommendations.
The restaurant was really pretty and we both loved the Spitfire mural which was a lovely nod to local history.
The food was delicious, I had the 3 course meal deal and each item was delicious (garlic bread with cheese, pizza meat Sofia, salted caramel brownie. My friend ordered the cheesy garlic bread, salmon salad and black Forrest chocolate fondant and she too really enjoyed her food.
Zizzi Southampton is definitely worth a visit, if we get to visit Southampton again in the future we will definitely return to this branch of Zizzi.
Came in for dinner during the week and had a lovely time. The servers were super friendly and the food was nice.
The food was good and arrived very quick after ordering. The garlic bread was crispy and went very well with the spicy herb-infused oil they had on the table. The smoked salmon salad was simple and had a standard taste. The cocktail weren't that great to be honest.
However, the staff here were quite busy when the were lots of customers so we had to wait for quite a while before being directed to our seats even though the tables were empty. I felt that it was a bit disheartening to be left standing for that long. On the other hand, they were very friendly and attentive once we're seated.
It was a great experience visiting Zizzi as the taste was amazing and what made the experience even better was Moiz, the guy who served us. He knew perfectly about the dishes we asked about and had them made according to our taste and he was really fast with the service as well. Would love to visit again and Prawn piccante is a must try, Ive never eaten something like that before.
Came on a work outing. Party of 11, felt comfortable in our seating. Food quality was amazing and such good value for money. Service was excellent and the lovely Lettie made us all feel welcome. Ambience of the restaurant was relaxing and we would certainly recommend.
We booked group of13 people for dinner at Zizi's Southampton. The staff were excellent and we had a really great time. All of our food came out at the same time and the attention to detail was superb. The food was great with a very varied and interesting menu. The staff were very attentive and worked well as a team. I would recommend this venue if you are considering a larger group for a meal together.

Went for a friends birthday dinner and we had a really nice time. Located in the 2nd floor on the other side of Westquay, it had this modern rustic appeal and friendly staff (we were served by the lovely Beth C!).
The food was good- I had the passion fruit sparkler, the Pork Rustica half and half pizza and the Triple Chocolate and Marshmallow Sundae-
all were really nice however the pizza was a bit pricey (imo) for the thickness of the pizza however this is more so personal preference rather than a reflection of the restaurant itself. Additionally the passion fruit sparkler could do with more flavour, it was more so on the watery side and they did not have straws which is a hygiene issue (despite having washed the cups it would have been nice to have straws).
Also the service seemed to be a bit slow due to it being busy so there needs to be a consideration of having more staff on the floor to accommodate for this, as our table did feel a bit neglected due to being in the corner.
However overall, if you’re looking for some mid range Italian food with your friends on a weeknight out, then certainly Zizzi is a good place to go too! Additionally they offer student discount (30% off Monday-Wednesday) so this helped my table’s bill as we were all students!!

We’ve been in there twice now, and we’ve enjoyed it on both occasions. Really friendly staff, and rather quick on their service (even when they suggested they would take a while, they were still quick). Their food is delicious, and I recommend going there, especially if you love Italian food
Great service and food. Busy evening but waitress made time to make conversation and was lovely. Got free garlic bread too. The rustica pizzas are expensive but a good portion to share to be honest
Fantastic meal and great staff in a funky cool restaurant opposite the floodlit ancient city walls. Really friendly place and good menu. Notable commendation to the manager and to our waiter Moiz who was very attentive to all the diners. We are family of four and everyone ate all their dinner. Perfect - another brilliant Zizzis.
We have other more local Zizzi restaurants to us, but we make the conscious effort to go to the West Quay site. We were served by the manager, Joe in another venue and have since followed him.
Impeccable standards, timings and service is ALWAYS given with charm and a smile.
Interesting take on pizza, but great. Loved the uniqueness of how they do it. And the vegan friendly lasagna. Oh my goodness. Best I've ever had by far. Well done!!
They also stay open to very late. Was great being able to eat dinner there just before 22:00. Great place.
Friendly service, good food. Don't come here if you want a cheap meal, as the menu is fairly expensive. But you get what you pay for with the food and atmosphere. Would recommend!
