My overall experience here was excellent! I came with my husband for dessert, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The food was sumptuous and the pairings were perfect. Presentation was beautiful too. This cute Italian restaurant is the perfect place to spend some quality time with family or friends! ❤️

The breakfast ends at 11:45, we arrived around this time and were given breakfast menus but then they explained that this was a mistake. We’d like to come back and try it. They have 50% off mains in January. Nice coffee and pastries, that’s all we had. Nice ambiance

We have just had breakfast before going shopping and it was very good and as a coffee lover really enjoyed my fresh coffee. We were greeted by each member of staff we passed as we were shown to our table and our waiter Matt was excellent at talking us through our breakfast options, most importantly for my wife who is vegetarian. Great presentation and helpful staff. Couldn’t ask for more! We will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend

Only popped in for a very light snack to share and had we not had a pre-booked dinner elsewhere we would have eaten here. The Carluccio standard of service, cleanliness and style was evident and the reason why we went there. The cheeseboard was effortlessly tasty and of perfect proportions, and our accompanying tea completed our experience perfectly. Never been disappointed in a Carluccio's, they have perfected the art of making a snack of fully blown meal into a memorable experience.

It’s a nice lunch place and the staff have been very friendly despite being a busy day. The food was really good and portion was generous. The chicken Milanese was really crispy and juicy in centre. I like it! Happy day out with mum ❤️

We had a nice lunch here last weekend. We couldn’t get the QR code on the table to work for ordering so had to order the old fashioned way. The burger was tasty and the risotto was like an 8/10 so also good.

Visited for lunch, six adults, one child. Food was delicious and very tasty. Good selection of pasta dishes. Staff very friendly and attentive. Only improvement would be to increase the portion size as they are slightly on the small side for the price. Other than that, I would return. (P.s. Didn't have any coffee or cake but it looked and smelt great!)

We had a Wonderful meal here. Our waiter Peter checked for our allergies and made some really great suggestions. I had the Burger with Foccacia Bread instead of the Brioche Bun and it was Amazing! The Pasta was also really good too! Peter thank you for taking the extra time, care and consideration when checking for our allergies and also for making our experience so good!

Always a good option to fill your belly if you are shopping around West Quay. Be mindful that you might have to reserve a table during weekends on the run up to Christmas to avoid disappointment. Food is excellent, the chefs are so kind and make sure the food is served on a high standard. Service is wonderful and the waitresses are always so kind, they also make sure the food is hot and presentable when it comes to my table! The prices are good for the portions and the lovely food. I’m a fan of the breakfast , specially the pancetta pancakes 😊 the location of the restaurant is great, avoiding you having to climb up to the 3rd floor to have some food

The service throughout my visit was friendly and so attentive, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. Our server made excellent recommendations. Carluccio's isn't just a restaurant; it's an invitation to take a break from the everyday and immerse yourself in a little slice of Italian magic. My wife and friend’s choosy taste buds are satisfied with the meal. Perfect lunch. Have a blessed Christmas to all the Carluccio’s staff and more power to you all. God bless!

I love this place! We had previously visited a different location years ago when we visited the UK. I had the mushroom soup and the Panna cotta. Both were delicious. The Panna cotta is the best I have ever had. Wish we had a location here in the US.

Staff were really nice, despite them not having any oat milk or pastries, the pancakes we got were great.
