We really enjoyed our time there for our afternoon tea. The place was immaculate. We were the first to come, so we enjoyed having the whole place to ourselves for a while. I must say how friendly and helpful staff is, with a professional attitude and manners 👌🏾. Not to forget, they were smiling all
Went there for afternoon tea over the weekend and it was lovely. The staff were all very attentive and welcoming. The food was lovely, so was the tea. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of this lovely historic building. I would definitely visit again.
Wonderful New Years Eve Masquerade Party. A welcome glass of fizz in the foyer of the grand South Western House then a five course meal with live string quartet and then Ruby’s night club to end the evening. Thoroughly recommend for future events. Expensive but Lovely for special occasions.
Had a Lovely afternoon tea here, sandwiches were scrummy, they even did a special.one for our son who's 11. The cakes and scones didn't disappoint. Lovely building, helpful staff. The Grand cafe interior was quirky and a nice atmosphere.

We went to a Billy Joel/Elton john live music, 3 course meal cabaret. The food was very good, the starter was a chicken liver terrine, prawn and potato and leek soup. The main meal was lamb rack, lamb Wellington and potato and pea mash (there was a choice of main meal but not starter or dessert). T
