Ordered and had to wait quite a while even though the place was empty. Customer service okay. Food was tasty. A nice halal spot. Decent prices. I’ve tried other branches and this one is definitely one of the better ones. Worth a try.

1st time and we'll defo be going again. Prices are okay and portions not bad. Could be a little bigger but still good.
Had the smash burger and the sweet chilli chicken burger and the chilli sauce chicken burger which other people with me loved.
Just by chance came across Fat Twins clearly they are doing well and branching out, the chips here were actually the best I've had. Burger could be warmer, the choice of drinks here is also better than those in Manchester. Find it funny and very good for competition that they are directly across the road from McDonald's. My meal is the double triumph burger which was pretty good probably best without the tomatoe.
You got to be brave to open a 'halal mcdonalds' type of restaurant right opposite mcdonalds because thats where Fat Twins is situated on Southall Broadway.
So lets get to the review, normally most copy cat places always fail in one key area and that is service, mcdonalds is way faster, but the staff were a lot friendlier here.
Food wise plenty to choose from on the menu, you got your big macs, whopper style burgers, chicken etc, have to say their sauces are delicious.
Drinks on the other hand to be honest i did not like the cola it tasted like those panda pop drinks from my child hood... maybe next time will try something else lol but the main thing is the food is on point, presentation is good, food was hot and fresh and I did enjoy it overall. Good clean restaurant inside with plenty of seating too.

I recently visited Fat Twins in Southhall and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I especially loved the burgers and fries, which were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great, it was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Fat Twins to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal. I will definitely be returning soon!
One of the best experience in my life. I am a food lover and love to taste different cuisines. I am a tourist and was visiting my friend in Southall. I am so glad my cousin took me to Fattwins and they served Halal food.

Especially the manager. I forgot to ask his name but he had long hair and bun style. He is so professional yet friendly. He took care of us and served food really fast which was so amazing ❤️

We were served by Khushbakht and Mohsin, and their customer service was excellent. We got a chicken burger, beef burger and their buffalo hot wings and the food was also excellent, they made it freshly for us. Will be coming back here.

wanna share my experience which i had today. I went to the Fattwins. The moment you walk in you are greeted with smiley faces which warmed my heart immediately .
Then i ordered my food which was suggested by their manager i ate their smash burger and it was super yummy 🤤 restaurant was clean more than rest of the restaurants In southall!! This restaurant has a great set of people! Indeed!
Overall experience from cleanliness to food was really good and fun ✨✨ but i wanted to suggest you guys that you should add some wraps and little more items to your menu as well to gather more people. That will be your 2nd plus point as your 1st is your staff 😍.
Love this place !!! There smash burger is a must try!! Had it twice this week. The food in general is amazing and affordable. Service is quick and workers are nice. An excellent halal substitute for McDonalds.
