A hidden gem of a restaurant so to speak. In a town that boasts many curry restaurants in one area, this probably would go unnoticed especially to a tourists.
As a local on the other hand word of mouth being what it is it is well known in this small town.

Great place for a curry. The decor is beautiful as is the food. Great menu plenty to choose from and they have a happy hour option aswell. The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. I asked for no almonds in my curry due to an allergy, came with nuts but it was soon corrected.

The very best Indian restaurant in South Shields. first time here with the wife. Loved everything about the place, beautiful building, great interior, amazing staff and food to die for. I'm a vegetarian and the menu is amazing for all. We will be back here in a few days!
Ordered a takeaway and was one of the best I've ever experienced both me and my partner was extremely happy and was delivered promptly will definitely be using these again full 5 stars from us

Amazing restaurant! Great prices, welcoming staff and to die for food. Just been fully refurbished and looks & feels top end. Cocktails and large beer menu also on offer.
Happy hour is great , good food too plates hot which is a bonus these days

This restaurant has not been open long and was recommended to me by a friend. At first I was not sure about the decor it is pleasent but ordinary. However the attentiveness of the staff and the food more than make up for it. I had Bangalore mix , methi gosht , with poppadom and dip starter The port
Outstanding customer service, from being greeted at the door the staff could not do enough for you. Our waitress of the night was Faye and what an absolute delight she was, very friendly and chatty and really made our night. The food was served quickly and piping hot, took advantage of their 50% off
Went to Mumbai emperor with friends for the second time last night and I have to say it was a cracking evening. I think the restaurant is nicely set out . The staff are friendly and attentive. The cobras were cold and the food is really nice . We'll definitely be reccomending to our wider friends
