Friendly, helpful staff
Nice food for a decent price (we had the sharing platter)
(The only small issue we had was there was no record of our booking despite my boyfriend having rang up again to check the booking the day before)

We had a great time at a recent family party. Smallish venue with a small bar. Not sure if catering and DJ were part of venue but they were excellent. Clean and tidy venue. Drinks were on the pricey side but not extortionate. Would recommend this venue for a small (40-50) family doo.
An amazing place no matter what day it is. (Wednesday is quiz night and I love it( would not miss it for the world). Come alone please I wanna make new friends)

It's now called "Barr porter" ..really nice decor, excellent beers, friendly staff, great atmosphere.
