Great vegan and vegetarian cafe. The vegan saveloy dip was delicious. The staff are all very friendly and helpful making for a very welcoming environment.
They hire people with autism and learning difficulties and are dog friendly. What more could you ask for?

Not totally vegan/vegetarian myself, but places I can go to eat healthy seem to be few and far between. The food and service were excellent and spot on for my dietary needs. And they even have board games and books! We will definitely be back.

Amazing little vegan and vegetarian cafe in the middle of ocean Road. Warm and friendly atmosphere and the food was so tasty Only downside was that I was so full after my meal that I didn't have room for a dessert. Will definitely be visiting again. Well done "Sea Change' for offering good well p
A lovely little coffee shop! Very nicely made coffee and the food was off the charts! I had poached eggs on sourebread and it was definitely one of the best I've had in a while!
Visited towards the end of meal service however was not rushed and food came out in a timely manner. The food was great and the menu very varied. The service was friendly ,effecient and polite.
We stayed afterwards for a cocktail which was a nice finish to the evening.

Amazing place. Best vegan / vegetarian place in South Tyneside. Second time we have been , first time we had Vegan Mince Pie, Mash and Peas and veggie gravy. Second time we had the Burger and fries. 5 stars all the way
Brilliant cafe, serving excellent vegan and vegetarian food. We stopped for lunch looking for somewhere a little away from the madding crowd of the sea front. Food and service and ambience ere spot on.
Everytime we visit Shields this is our go to place to eat. The food is great, lots of choice. Staff friendly and professional and we love the ambience of this little cafe/ restaurant. Wish we lived nearer (we'd be there every day!).

Little gem of a place. Staff were fab with my little one who was having an off day. Our food was delicious and from what I saw of other patrons dishes I'm eager to go back and get through the menu. Warm & welcoming atmosphere/staff.

Lovely Vegetarian Saveloy dip - first time I tried it! Chocolate Fudge cake was warmed with a pot of cold cream - so lush. Mochas were really chocolatey too which is just how we like them. Service was friendly also. Definitely going to visit them again.
