The staff are very friendly here and service is good. The food is ok, just normal pub grub reasonably priced, don't expect any Gordon Ramsay food for the price.
Came in on Tuesday evening with a friend wasn’t sure what to have to eat but Michelle behind the bar suggested the buy 1 get 1 free burger meals which was lovely. Also good selling pitch getting us to buy the 2 for £6 cocktails which was even better! Will be back again soon.

Great service and food was served hot and on time. Good value for money. Staff were very professional despite some woman screaming and swearing at them in front of children.. despicable behaviour in a family pub but the staff remained professional.

You will find good food at a very good price and a big variety of alcoholic drinks including cocktails!
My all time favourite and which I recommend is steak with chips peas and eggs accompanied by my favourite drink Indian pale ale!…. and of course desert.
Amazing pub
Came to the Woodland Edge today for my brothers 75th birthday. We were a party of 4 adults 1 child and a toddler. Food was delicious, portions were very generous and great value for money. The chef did you proud (I'm told his name was Gordon), Gary was an excellent waiter and Becca was brilliant

Came down here for some food with my kids and really enjoyed it the food was lovely and the 2 classic meals for 11.49 is such a good deal which is what me and my daughter had so filling. she had the gammon and eggs and I had the katsu curry(which I highly recommend)
