Unexpectedly nice! With it being in a shopping center (albeit an open one) I expected a faded and tired service but the young waiter and waitresses were full of smiles, polite, warm and welcoming.

I just wanted to come onto say our server amber was so lovely for us when we came. When you are used to average customer service wherever you go and then you get someone who goes above and beyond in little ways by asking how your day was and just being very well mannered and polite is so nice to see
Dropped by for some quick lunch, ended up staying for almost 2 hours as we felt so welcomed and not rushed. Lucy- our server simply couldn't do enough for us. so friendly and bubbly, her personality shone through in her service and made sure we had a wonderful lunch. The food was amazing as usual. T
Just wanted to post and say what a lovely experience we had yesterday evening. We were served by Dani (i think). Everyone was working hard to make sure all the food came out quickly and we had everything we needed. We even saw the manager go in the kitchen to help out when it got busier!! All around

The food was great, the waitress and other staff friendly and helpful and we got to use our rewards so the price was good too! There was a small mix up with our order and we were given a free pizza to correct this. Gold stars all round to the staff for the excellent customer service!
Lovely standard pizza express pizza. It always feels like a premium pizza restaurant when you go here. I definitely enjoyed my meal but I can't help thinking that the food should be cheaper.
Nice place, clean and staff friendly. No needed to book when we visited pudding selection was a little disappointingas lots of the cakes were not available.. Toilet clean. We had a 4 cheese pizza and a nduja calzone.. we did enjoy hopefully next time I will enjoy a pudding too.
came in on sunday and had max as our server, he had amazing service, super friendly and very attentive. the food was also made to a high standard and we enjoyed the whole experience. we will definitely be returning
We had a lovely time with our two boys. Our youngest is autistic and the server we had, Amber, was so helpful. She gave the boys dough to play and made sure we had everything we needed. We normally struggle to go out as a family but Amber made it a great experience for all of us.
Had a walk down to the designer outlet on Sunday and decided to pop in for a quick bite to eat and drink.
