Review Riverside Caravan & Camping Park & Country Club - South Molton

We have been down twice now and nothing is too much for the staff. Always helpful and polite, pitches are clean and tidy. My daughter recently stayed in one of the rooms and it was immaculate. Family and dog friendly would definitely recommend.

Amazing camp site surrounded by lovely countryside. Toilets and showers are so clean and even the dish washing is spotless. Very friendly staff and can't wait to go back. I didn't want to leave .

I recently stayed at Riverside Caravan Park and have had a wonderful time there. My distant family arrange yearly camping reunions, and this year, we chose Riverside. The access to the site was extremely easy from the main road. The campsite is beautiful and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to have fresh water, tv ariel, and waste to all hard standing pitches, including a picnic bench. The shower blocks were a good size and kept immaculate. My only disappointment was the push-button shower as there was no temperature control, and the weather was quite hot on a number of days. It would have been nice to have a cool shower. The site facilities were wonderful, although I didn't manage to find the laundry area and I didn't manage to visit the onsite shop either but heard that it was well stocked. There was a wonderful play area for children and a large area and walks for dogs, including a fenced dog area and a small pond/stream outside the fishing lakes. We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday carvery, the food and cost were very reasonable however on a previous visit to the bar by family the drinks prices were higher than expected. One slight downfall I noted when towing onto and off the site was the lay out planning, we had to negotiate (with a long caravan) a number of tight 90° turns to get to our pitch so ensure you're comfortable maneuvering especially if the site is at capacity. Finally, the staff (reception, cleaners, caravan movers) were all very helpful and kind from initial booking, check-in, information, and during the stay. I will definitely be returning

Lovely site very big not enough shower or toilet blocks , and advertised shop closed for the foreseeable , which seems really strange especially when children are off. Nearest shop a good mile away all uphill in South Molton.

I really enjoyed it on this busy Bank Holiday weekend. The staff are efficient, attentive and its just generally nice.

Great place to stay. Super easy to find. Great prices. Food and drink on site.
