Great selection of breakfast foods available. Ate there as main hotel restaurant was being refurbished. Lovely, clean place with lovely lake views. Would have given 5 stars if cooked buffet foods had been hot - it was warm, but edible.

One Vegetarian, two vegans and one GF - we managed to get something for all of us!! Great food, great location. Unfortunately, it was dark so no lake view, but inside was quite nice. Service let down when we ordered two of the same dessert, and only one turned up, but still, it tasted very nice!

Nice restaurant and very sweet staff It overlooks a lake but the bushes are so high they block the view. They really need to trim it Ordered a steak and it arrived fast. Very tasty and the chips are good Beware of the wasps when eating outside There’s indoor eating area too

Went here for food last night 09/06/2023 best to book and we booked through hotel as on same site. Lovely clean inside. Situated on the lake which is nice view. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The staff friendly and welcoming Tristan was really good throughout the whole service and professional. We had starters both had duck pate and agreed could of shared but was nice but quite good portion. We had mains which were nice and hot but again quite good portions said we could share next time. Did find drinks bit pricy.. Would go again as was nice... This is situated in South Cerney just outside Cirencester between Swindon..

Went here during a visit to the Devere Hotel next door. Food was plentiful and delicious. My husband had the beef brisket bon bons to start with a horseradish sauce, they were delicious. The crab starter was larger than I expected and was outstanding. The main meals did not disappoint either and as for dessert, glorious. A beautiful setting with very attentive staff.

A pleasant pub restaurant... you go there for the view, but you won't be disappointed by the food or the drinks list. The menu is a little limited compared to what it used to be, and missing some of the nicer dishes, which is a pity, but the staff are still very helpful and friendly, and the food is good quality and well cooked. It's relatively well spaced out - you don't normally feel at all crowded. I'd like slightly bigger tables though... Guess you can't have it both ways. The name... it's neither old, not a boathouse, though there is an old boat in the roof. The views out over the lake are great, make sure to take a camera with a long lens and/or some binoculars. There's an enclosed play area out the front, suitable for younger children. Nearby there are the visitor's center, and a good camping supplies place, and there are good walks along the old canal and round the lake... you'll want boots or Wellingtons in wet weather At the back of the restaurant there's a deck area which extends the seating a fair bit. View from there are even better. We've often (though not always) been able to just turn up and get a table, but I'd recommend you book for busy periods. Disabled access is good.

This place always gives me a sense of joy. The Old Boathouse is a restaurant and it’s next to Devere Cotswold Hotel. They usually opens at 12 but as I was doing balloons for a client ‘Fiona’ came early so I could come in. Overall best place with beautiful view from inside the restaurant.

Lovely venue overlooking the lakes. Interesting dining room. Lunchtime menu was rather disappointing, limited to sandwiches/baguettes etc. The online menu suggested a full range of meals.

Just popped in for a quick pint on our way to our hotel further down the road. We have been there in the past whilst staying at the adjoining hotel. A little pricey for the drinks in my opinion but there's nothing cheap these days.

This restaurant has some great staff who were very attentive. Very well designed with comfy furniture. The food is good but let down by the price for what you get, it was very quiet on the night due to a large conference who were eating in a different area, it may have felt different with a few more tables in use. Lighting was blinding initially although the team did turn this down slightly when asked. I would go back but felt that for what is a hotel within a family attraction, the pricing needs to be revisited and I am not a penny pincher. Kind regards Steven Holland
