Fabulous little find, stumbled by on a very busy Friday night while on my travels. Bustling to the seams with locals after a hot July's day, it's a traditional village pub with a great atmosphere. Lovely welcoming staff and the best fish and chips I've had in a long time, and despite being told I m
Came back to this area especially to try out the pub and wasn’t disappointed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and couldn’t do enough to help you out. Dog friendly which was a bonus. The pub is well supported by its locals too. The Charcuterie platter was amazing!!! Would definitely recomm
This is a fantastic find. Some of the best kept real ale in Somerset. Great food, fascinating historical displays. Cosy and welcoming. Everything that is fantastic about the English pub. Love this place.
Exceptional food at fair prices. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, although seemingly a little understaffed. Obviously working really hard to give outstanding service. Lovely garden and dog friendly inside and out. Would definitely visit again for the tapas board and chips alone.
Excellent country pub with real ale and proper chips. Highly recommended for friendly welcome and quality food. Nothing too much trouble for these people. Absolutely 5 stars.
Above and beyond.. Great family run pub restaurant. Very relaxing environment. One end you have the open plan area with a social atmosphere and at the other end you have dining with a peaceful surrounding and great for couples and families alike. Landlords are very welcoming and some good games to p
Just go and have Sunday lunch here!! Delicious, rustic, comfy and no frills. I say that in a good way!!! The food was absolutely amazing and it was so chilled. Home from home. If you want microwave food and plastic menus stay home!!! We need more pubs like this one!
Great food, service and atmosphere, thank you. I loved Prince Fluffyballs too!
We did a Sunday walk at the nearby Cadbury Castle - amazing views across the countryside) and then ate at the Camelot pub. The service was friendly and quick and the food was lovely. I had a veggie Wellington roast and it was very nice with mushrooms and stuffing. Good range of vegetables and well
Great pub, great environment/vibe. The owners and staff were so much fun to talk to and the food they served was tasty. The main attraction for me however, is Prince Fluffy Balls attendance on the main floor. I would give more stars just because of Prince Fluffy Balls. @princefluffyballs and @theca
