The food was delicious, they do not hold back on portion size!!

Brilliant Sunday roast. Very very clean pub with lovely staff. The main reason we choose here was due to location and allowing dogs, we are very pleased we made the choice we did. Welcomed two dogs with four people to sit inside the main pub. The food was delicious, amazing quality and big portions. 100% recommend. Will return when we are next down here.
Delicious food, generous portions, friendly atmosphere, a real English pub experience for us Londoners . Food was a bit slow to arrive but well worth waiting for, I might have had a nibble to start with if I knew.
We booked very last minute on a crazily busy rainy Saturday and had wonderful food in a lovely atmosphere. The staff were so busy but had so much energy and were so friendly. Thank you for fitting us in.

Unique part thatched pub by a stream with outside area. Character bars and dining area including conservatory. Friendly efficient service and good food.

Excellent meal, for us on the upper end of what we would pay for lunch but we didn't regret it as the food was excellent. The cheese in my burger was incredible and the steak pie was very full and meatier than most pies (value for money). Would definitely recommend
I hadn't been to the Woolpack in years so thought I'd give it a go. I took my family for lunch today and the food was fantastic. Clearly freshly cooked to order with love and care. Very very tasty and great value for money. Portions were a good size. Service was excellent, very attentive staff, and I will definitely be returning in the very near future. A triumph!

Stopped for a late lunch after a visit to the beach. Friendly staff, very good food. Would recommend to anyone.
My wife and myself had the Hunters Chicken and our granddaughter had burger and chips.

A last-minute visit enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious, and portion sizes were good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, slightly on the pricier side mist meals costing over £15.
Overall, it was a very nice visit.
Wow what a place! Lovely Riverside location with a thatched roof. Menu quite extensive to cater for the majority of tastes. I had fish and chips which was delicious. Hubby & son had chicken and steak pies which were homemade and tasted delicious! Daughter had a burger and she said it was o e of the best she's ever had!
If I'm down that way again, I'd definitely book here again!!!

We went as a family to celebrate my Grandaughter engagement, I have Coeliac so need a strict gluten free diet, lots to choose from on menu and the hunters chicken I chose was cooked to perfection, the staff were really friendly and helpful great place to visit.

Came here with my family for my 21st birthday and we all thought how amazing it was. Food and service was absolutely brilliant! Will definitely return and recommend!
