We Use this Pub quite often and we are never disappointed. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Been in at lunch and dinner time. The food is great for the value and is presented well on the plate or Platter.
Pudding are a nice size not to big or little.

Wonderful local pub. Friendly staff always smiling . Food was lovely. We had chilli beef but beware it's very hot!!. Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream was delicious. Would definitely return again. Thank you .

We had the Sunday slow roasted belly pork 😋 it was absolutely delicious... Good portion although a few extra roasties would of been nice. The gravy was the best I've ever tasted even better than my own, we had the belly pork bites to start with yes please they were the best will definitely be back s
Excellent service, good food, and large portions (go there hungry). Nice touch of paprika in the [home made] onion rings. Mrs P's Cajun veggie burger certainly looked home made, and she tells me the spicing was bang on.

Update May 2023, popped in for some "tapa style" food after coming
Once again the fish and chips are the star of the show. At 50 (and having travelled a bit) I haven’t had better. Nothing here that will disappoint the family or foodies or sports fans .. a pool table, screens (but not ‘in your face’) and really fantastic friendly staff. Where do they get them from?
Really nice! Friendly staff, pool table room is fab! Lovely little outside area as well with heaters. Had the sharing board and it was lovely - so quick to come out as well. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
