Booked for Sunday lunch, they let you order off the whole menu if you want but I opted for a beef dinner. The dinner was lovely but I felt it was lacking. No peas, no swede mash and no parsnips, essential on a dinner in my opinion. The rest of the menu looked good and if I was passing though again I would stop by for a drink and some food.

Nice little spot to stop for a drink in the sun. We had food as well. The food was very tasty and the portions were good too. They have an extra little menu for dogs so ours scored himself a warm sausage for £1. Food was a little on the steeper side in terms of cost for pub grub but it was nice food so can't really complain. You can go off for a stroll along the harbour or pop along the coast path afterwards to walk off the puds!

Great pub on the small harbour at Solva. We were looking for somewhere that we could stop off with our puppy for a late lunch and the harbour inn ticked all the boxes. Food is normal pub grub, same as you would get at any pub chain. Staff were friendly and the service was speedy. This place is not only dog friendly - they have their own menu (see attached) Would definitely re-visit if I was in the area again

Visited solva to do some paddleboarding. The harbour inn is nicely placed at the top end of the harbour inlet. The staff are polite and friendly in the harbour inn it is dog friendly and reasonably priced with a typical Marstons pub menu.

We were welcomed after walking the Cliff Path in a storm arriving very wet. The beer and lunch food we had was brilliant and a good price. The land lord was very friendly and welcoming. We then booked for an evening meal on the Saturday night. Totally different atmosphere but vibrant and welcoming, got into conversation with locals who were amusing and welcoming. Loved the pub , loved the food, loved the atmosphere. Definitely recommend to friends and come back again.

The location is fantastic being right by the small harbour side with plenty of parking available in the nearby on-site pay and display. Dogs are welcome which is why we chose this above others. Everybody in our party thoroughly enjoyed lunch, the food was served with almost all things available on the menu and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Can’t ask for more and would highly recommend.

The new owners were attentive and have made lots of improvements. There was a good atmosphere in the pub and it was lovely out in the garden. Service was quick and efficient despite them being busy. We ate fish n chips and scampi n fries and it was good solid pub grub - no complaints.

Great price, lovely food and very friendly staff. The shared car park at the front was very busy when we came for lunch. Be sure to leave enough time for parking if booking.

Walked Newgale to Solva on the coast and so pleased to find a lovely welcome and great food at the end of it… next time we will be sure to pre book a taxi back as a very special thanks go to Jamie for being so kind enough to stop and give us at lift as we were at the 4km point on the very dark 6km road walk back..

Came in for a quick cup of tea on a rainy day and was greeted by the warmest friendliest staff. Chris and Stacey were fantastic and welcoming. They were talking about live music in the evening which sounds fantastic what an atmosphere

Lovely pub by the harbour in Solva. Served by a really friendly bloke called Chris. Asked about the Brains welsh lager and he let us taste a small sample before buying a pint or two of it. Very nice it was too. Five of us had the Sunday roast and there was no complaints, smashing home cooked food at a reasonable price. All the staff we came across were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. There's a car park right outside the pub which is a pound for an hour. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in Solva anytime.

Typical pub food but served well and promptly.. I had. A steak that was perfectly cooked as requested rare . The beef burger looked awesome and was wolfed down by my granddaughter . The fish and chips looked substantial . The steak pie was tasty . For 4 of us main meal with drinks was £60 . Seemed like good value.service was good too. Not bad at all. I thought the pub garden was lovely , well tended , and bright . We were also welcomed with our dog.

Stopped in after a walk down from the campsite we were staying at as we had our dog with us and they are super dog friendly! Water and bowls to help yourself too and dogs have their very own menu! Obviously we had to treat our pooch as we were eating too. He definitely enjoyed his sausages! Food is normal pub grub but done very well and we really enjoyed the food. So much so we returned the following day! Great prices and really friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely visit again if we’re in the area :)

Amazing cosy place, The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming to us as tourists. I had one of the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. And my friend took the steak & ale pie, which was also amazing. Overall an amazing place to eat!

Received a great welcome from Chris as soon as we walked through the door. Food was really good and very welcome at the end of a long day of walking. We have been visiting this area and this inn for many years, and it’s great to see the new management team making some really positive changes.
