It's what you expect from greggs, though they do run out and you have to wait while things are cooked
This store is run very professionally and this is down to, not only the manager but also the staff team who work to a high standard with the support of her. I have visited Greggs on many occasions and this shop is nothing other than lovely and the manager is some what helpful at all times. Having a bad work experience should not be a reason to disrespect someone of a high level wanting only the best for the shop and Greggs.
Prompt and friendly service from excellent staff. A great choice of very enjoyable food. Unfortunately the bakers still attracting customers who don't wear face coverings. That is disappointing, but probably not the fault of the staff, or Greggs. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.
On Saturday I was in Greggs (Hobs Moat) waiting in the queue to be served, when a man at the front was being very rude to the staff. He was asking for a particular way for his bacon to be cooked. I felt really bad for the lady serving him, as it wasn't very nice and at one point I nearly said something to him. The shop was very busy and he was just being dam right awkward. Just want to say well done, fair play to that lovely blonde woman for not loosing it with him, she did better than I would have. Hate seeing people talking down to others especially when they are just trying to do their best. Love Greggs and this shop is my regular stop off, so carry on doing what you're doing, you are doing a great job!
I struggle to believe that anyone will read my review of this visit to purchase a sausage roll and donut. However they were very good and I feel that anyone who cares enough to research this eating establishment should know I can sincerely recommend you try one. There is a vegan option sausage roll, but it didn't look very appealing. There's many donuts and the fresh cream is my favourite. They all look nice, the staff were friendly, there's many offers in store, but I didn't find the staff to be pushy or feel pressured to buy at all.
A brilliant Gregg's with all the usual choices, friendly staff and it's always busy so this tells you a lot!
