Overall, an excellent hotel with good room sizes, clean rooms, and helpful personnel, located between residential buildings. If the hotel has a pool, you must pay £5 a day to use it if it is not already included in the lodging rate. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 AM.
Difficult to find as in middle of building site. Just off Motorway but sign hidden by trees. Quiet location except when gym is open playing loud music.
Rooms seemed clean, tidy but quite small
Pub not busy mainly staffed by youngsters but inexperienced in food allergies
Leisure club is well kept, go
We went for a themed night (disco) with a 3 course meal included. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was great. We had a fab night.

Great food, sometimes slow service at the bar, but otherwise a nice hotel.
The hotel was ideal for a stop over while traveling to Cornwall. The room and food was excellent.
