Easy checking by polite reception staff ( need to show boarding pass and booking bar codes). Quiet busy as arrived close to lunch time but shown to a clean table. Small business lounge , comfortable seating.
There are no toilets in this business lounge so you have to go outside and find one around the main waiting area.
Very limited choice of food, however the bar is ok and a nice quiet place to hide from the madding crowd. Good but not great.

Fine lounge to wait till flight departure. Food is fine but nothing special. Beers in fridge were not chilled at the time of my visit. Toilets can be found in the departure hall next to the bookstore.
Arrived at lounge 7th June 23 at 8.30am. Checked in and was given a table we wasn't happy with that table but we was allowed to move. My husband and myself both had a full English wasn't as hot as I'd normally have it but it was nice and plenty of it, they also had pancakes,pastries, cereals & brea

Booking was straightforward and the staff seemed lovely, but there were not many food options. Feels like they cater more for vegetarians.
First time here but will be back ! Staff were all amazing, professional and friendly ! Nothing was too much trouble ! Our table was reserved and the lounge is great with runway views. Food and drinks selection were great - not sure what previous complaints were referring too as plenty of choice !
