Super staff and an excellent set up. Starbucks Nikki and Jake were fab. Really welcoming and helpful. The perfect cuppa. Relaxed downstairs and it was toasty warm. Had a great surprise of being given a pastry too. 👍

Today two men tried to push in front of me and the person behind me pretending I wasn't there at all. It's easy to be ignored when you're a 5'0 girl waiting in line but the man who served me was so incredibly kind in acknowledging me and the situation. He actually later gave me a free cake on behalf
Imogen served us in The Starbucks -Touchwood Centre at 10am on Sunday.Fantastic customer service -brought our coffees upstairs for us to watch the snow with a smile.This employee has incredible management potential -outstanding and friendly -well and truly exceeded our customer expectations👍👍👍
