4 star because the drinks aren't very large however the food is delicious. Highly recommended for anybody in the area who wants some fresh chicken. Better than Nandos. Poor quality photo doesn't do the food justice, try for yourself and see.

the foods delicious, i visit regularly with 5 friends but there was an incident when this guy sat on our table and asked to get cozy suddenly i felt a hand touch my leg and i legged it. All respect to the excellent staff who dealt with the situation really well and provide us with excellent food on
It's late night chicken and chips! Not much else really but we've always got on with the staff in there, they're decent dudes. Plus the chicken burger is tasty and the chips are always good. Oh and grab some garlic mayo as it's mighty fine!
Thought I’d try this place and ordered a variety of wraps and the rice box for the whole family and some unexpected guests! Lovely food and not too greasy like some other fast food chains. Will definitely order next time.

I have had food here multiple times and have loved it each time. Their grilled chicken is super juicy and the burgers and wraps are far better than any other place I've been to. Keep up the good work!
The food is very nice order regularly.
Only thing they need to work on is delivery time some times it does take quite a while for delivery but the food is worth the wait.

The barbeque wraps are very nice as well with not too much barbeque sauce and the chicken being tender and juicy.
Great place for lunch. It was my firm favourite to go during lunch hours, and Imran behind the till was Excellent. On some occasions, the food was quite late and we had to ask a few times, but I understood that they are busy! Would recommend

Been ordering from chicken shack for a few years now and it’s a go to place for my family. Very rarely have any issues and the food is great. Sad I can’t order now though :(

Nice tasting peri peri chicken, i guess this is the Pepe's/Rio's of Solihull town centre. Their marinate is unique tasting compared to rivals but in a good way. Seating area at lunch times can get cramped very quickly due to college students .
Amazing food, service is always 10/10 always go here on my breaks. The lad Nabeel behind the till is always willing to help me out with my order. From food to the atmosphere everything is 10/10. Highly recommended. 👍🏼
