A fair sized store, easy to navigate. The cafe is very nice but gets very crowded at peak times but food is delivered fairly quickly. Everything is always very good. Staff are very cheerful and helpful. The toilets are spotless

Very good service from Laura. She was pleasant and helpful. She measured my sister for a bra and poor girl had to keep walking a long way to pick up different ones as the changing room by the lingerie is no longer there.
Shopping for t-shirts and trousers for my husband, apart from 1 t-shirt that wasn't available in his size, we got everything he needs. Cafe surprisingly good compared with M&S in other places. Very good coffee. Excellent scones and cakes but most of all such lovely, friendly helpful staff. Most customers, like myself, were elderly and they couldn't have been more hekoful eg carrying trays for those who couldn't manage and opening
Only went in for some flowers and came out with some food and a bottle of wine. I have just found my new treat in my life. M&S dirty fries soooooo dirty that you need a lie down after. I give them a 10 out of 10 l just found my new true love and they go down well with a nice big glass of red wine 🍷.
Yes friendly and helpful staff, excellent food hall a little more coastwise but the
quality makes up for that! The same goes for the clothing departments good quality
and great designs to suit most tastes and figures!

Thus store is off the main Mell square. It's not the biggest M&S I think this works really well It has all clothing department's, home furnishings and a food hall. Everything is laid out and very well stocked. They always have everything in the sizes we are looking for. If your collecting an online
Always a good place to shop, with a good variety of produce on offer and fashion. There is also a small area for the home and also a café, which is always very popular. A Bureau dear Change is also located in this store. Clean and bright the staff are always polite and helpful. Good store.
I visited the cafe first for a coffee. The coffee was very nice i was served by Janet who was very good and helpful. I then went to have a look in the rest of the store. The store assistants were good especially one member of staff that served me Wendy.
