I cannot praise the nursing staff and surgeons etc enough. Even though my wait was long for my surgery. The staff were so lovely and attentive. It was my 1st operation so I was really nervous. They couldn't do enough for me and my wife who was allowed to stay with me right up to my trip to the theat
Small and quiet hospital in the centre of Solihull.
Parent received good health and humane treatment from all but one staff member. Only a short amount of time spent under their care.
Staff were very proactive and fully on, with medical treatment and health issues.

Absolutely amazing care!!! Staff / workers / nurses / consultants are all absolutely brilliant.. I had surgery here yesterday and they were all very person centred, respectful towards me, kind and polite. After care was amazing!

Fractured my toe and visited the UTC (urgent treatment centre ) the doctor who looked after me , Kelly. Was fantastic. Service was quick too . She did say it's not always that quiet but from my experience a definite 5 star
My husband had an urology surgical procedure yesterday and stayed as an inpatient on ward 12. Every contact from clinician to anaesthetist to nurse to healthcare worker has been wonderful. A calm, caring, friendly and professional environment. Excellent- thank you. Highly recommended.

Went in to surgery elective admission unit also known as day surgery, was a great experience in terms of how I was treated by nurses and medical staff. Very polite and helpful people. Was treated very kindly and was even helped to get into the taxi as I wouldn't walk. Thanks to all as staff at this
