I went to the bar and grill recently to watch the Rugby World Cup. The atmosphere was fantastic, everyone having a good time and friendly at the same time. The amount of screens in the bar mean you get a great view wherever you sit. I had a lovely meal - piri peri burger and sweet potato fries. Service was quick and efficient and the Craig the member of staff couldn't be more courteous and helpful. I'd highly recommend the bar for anyone who enjoys watching sports on a big screen with a brilliant atmosphere, great food and an excellent selection of drinks.
Wanted to say a big thank you to the village hotel, had a lovely stay again. The staff are so helpfull , the rooms are clean and was a perfect location not too far from city. Will be back again for more visits, Thank you! ☺️
My husband and his groom men recently stayed the day/ night before our wedding. The lady on reception was very helpful and another member of staff, think his name was Amran? He was Very professional, excellent service! Well done and to the rest of the staff! They had a very pleasant stay
Difficult to find as surrounded by a building site and sign was covered by trees but just off Motorway and in a quiet secluded area. Gym building nextdoor plays quite loud music, heard when windows open but thankfully not too early. Bar, restaurant not busy, all young staff who are totally untrained in food allergies. Leisure club was very well kept, good facilities but no keys for lockers and towels are chargeable. We booked a family room mentioning we had a child but no extra bed was made up. Thankfully they were efficient and immediately resolved this.

Huge downfall - I suffered from a very bad headache and the hotel were unable to provide me with any painkillers. Closest shop is 27 mins walk away!
Nice hotel, spacious enough conference room for approximately 100 people. I liked how the patio doors opened to let more air in and that there was some outdoor seating. The aircon was strong enough too. There is a starbucks inside. Quite a lot of parking, you can pay online /via the phone. The lighting is quite dim inside, especially in the toilets, which is a bit annoying because it feels like you can't see clearly. We had a (paid for) work lunch that was nice, quite fast service and they had vegetarian options too.
I come to this hotel regularly both service and food is great. Look out for Amron, he is awesome! He always goes out of his way to ensure our stay is pleasant. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Great place, highly recommend!!
We had a away training day at the conference room. The room was spacious and well ventilated. The toilets was clean and easily accessible. We were provided with tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, tea, coffee, and pasteries. Lunch was provided in its very spacious resturant of calamari, rice, chillie concarnie, jacket potatoes, salad, pasta with sides and deserts.
Very spacious carpark. A Starbucks on sight was a bonus for that first coffee kick.
Was up there, visiting with work commitments. Not too far from the motorway system, top end of Solihull. There is currently building work being carried out, houses being completed. The staff were on the ball, changed everyday, greeted and seated, exchanged pleasantries, service was prompt, food choice was good. The rooms were okay, though attention to detail on the cleanliness n hygiene could be addressed, dust, dead flies, spiders webs on window ledges. Easily remedied with a wet wipe, slept well, stayed within the hotel complex for the 2 days n nights.
We went here for a conference. Food and drink was great. AV in the Inspiron Suite was poor and outdated. The room itself was fine and hotel was clean and tidy with plenty of parking. We would consider visiting again.

- Excellent service and attention to detail; the staff were forever on hand to make sure everything was as expected or needed.
- Lively atmosphere and huge screens to watch the football (even if my team did lose!).
- Made to feel welcome by all, especially by the manager; she greeted and checked all was well throughout the night (5*).
- Would definitely recommend it.

A well positioned hotel that used to be out there on its own but a new housing development seems to be slowly creeping up around it.
Parking - its chargeable £5 per day Monday to Friday but weekends are free.
Checkin is in reception via touch screens with friendly human assistance should you be wondering which buttons to push.
It’s still looking pretty fresh and looked after. There’s a Starbucks in reception and from here you access the restaurant as well as the leisure area if you have signed up for that.
I was up on the 4th floor, club room. They no longer have the coffee machines which is a shame if you ask me but you do get a slightly better linen setup and toiletries along with included access to the pool etc versus the standard room.
Room service was sampled, not bad, chicken a bit over done but all in all not bad.
For the price I couldn’t complain, location is ideal and the facilities are all pretty good really.
Not sure I’d come back, too busy for me, but if you like a vibrant modern hotel with something for everyone, it’s a winner.
We booked a conference room for a 2 day workshop. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and set up for us, The location is a great location in the solihul area. A special thank you to Chris who looked after us on both days. Very happy with thr service.

Clean and tidy changing rooms with regular cleaning.
Good size sauna and steam room, with a clean pool. Big jacuzzi, which easily fits upto 15 people comfortably💯.
Great Hotel superb facilities, a Bar/Restaurant well equipped Gym, Swimming pool and helping staff. Bit difficult for a coach, maybe it can be facilitate at some point.
