The staff are lovely and amazing the service is amazing the customers are also good, I love my local pub. Well done staff. The gin and tonic was nice as are the food and drink, the offers are amazing and I am so proud of this pub. I would recommend to anyone to come and meet the lovely staff and enjoy the great service. It makes me feel so proud and happy. Well done and everyone.
The staff are so helpful when ordering, I am on a gluten free diet and nothing was too much trouble for them. Fabulous food and prices too.
Lovely meal today with my children. Friendly polite bar staff and the very helpful waitress melissa regularly checked on us also bought our cutlery to us which saved me leaving the children :) the chefs cooked our food very well which we all enjoyed and the children enjoyed a little play outside afterwards while my 10 year old son watched a match from the world cup outside

We took my children here today for the breakfast with santa/paw patrol event.
It was fantastic all the family enjoyed it, the staff were so friendly, the food was great the whole morning was really well thought out.
I Would highly recommend to anyone and anyone that is going next Friday.

I visited the sharmans cross last Thursday with my family and tried the new menu. Luke gave some great advice on the menu selection and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again

We eat at the Sharmans frequently as a family of 5 and have never had a bad experience. The girls on service are always so polite and helpful and make you feel very comfortable, the food is always piping hot, good presentation and always a brilliant quality. The menu has lots of choice so we never get bored of eating out and finding something new to try. The atmosphere is always warm, comfortable and positive, not too loud, just as a pub should be. Would highly recommend!
We visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Positive things; Plenty of parking available, easy to order from table, fair prices, Plenty of dishes in menu, served in good time, dishes were tasty. One or two things could be better, The first table we sit were not cleaned properly but there was other tables available. One of the dish(chicken fry) was a let down but remainder of the dishes made up for that. I thoroughly recommend a visit

Went out for a family meal here and it was beautiful. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone were very friendly. All of the staff were more than happy to help. Definitely recommend the mega mixed grill if you have a big appetite as you get alot for your money. Thank you

Recently been renovated and looks amazing, the food was great and there was a wide range of options to choose from; I would particularly recommend choosing the 3 for £11.50 starters with the haloumi fries. The staff were all very welcoming in particular our server Zach who was very friendly and helpful when offering advice on what to order. All in all a lovely place to have a drink with mates or a family get together

Staff did not tell us after showing us to our booked table that we needed to go up to bar to order food. 20mins later I questioned what we did with a Group on deal (had said would be using Group on when booking online), There were then no menus to choose from which I knew wasn't the full menu. Member of staff wrote down some options from the full menu but it wasn't very clear. Then it took 20 - 25mins whilst at the till to try to put the 2 Groupon deals through as staff didn't know how to do 2 deals and the 2nd deal wasn't working for ages until she did 2 different orders. Meanwhile 1st orders started arriving and they had been consumed before I got back to table. Also because there was no proper menu to order from we didn't know there was a surcharge on one of the meals purchased. Staff were apologetic but really should train staff before introducing a new idea into the system. Food was pretty good when we got it and they did manage to serve four of us our mains at the same time. have already purchased deal again but have also printed from the Groupon website the correct menu as suspect even though I told them the menu was on the website I doubt anyone will take the initiative to print some out
My experiences at the shaman's cross pub have been extremely positive. Food was impeccable. Staff were very polite and friendly. Portions were great for the value of cost. Looking forward to the reopening. Would recommend

Can't rate the food as we didn't eat. Just a pit stop on a bike ride. The pub has been refurbished and it looks great even better now there is more outdoor seating available 😀

We had never been in the Sharman's before though have passed by many times over the years and often wondered what the food was like there. My partner and I decided to give it a try as we had heard great reviews of the food and service. We regularly go to sizzler pubs around the area and thought it was time for a change of venue as many of these pubs are in need of a refurb and/or a lick of paint. The Sharman's Cross has only recently been revamped to a high standard, car parking is free if you enter your car registration on a touch screen at the bar. The young bar man was very friendly and courteous and served our drinks, a pint for me and a coke. We found a table, good layout and plenty of space, and decided on our meals, I went back to the bar to order. I wanted a meal slightly different to the menu and the bar staff were more than happy to modify it for me. I sat back down at the table with my partner and we passed time talking and enjoying our drinks while we waited for our food to arrive, the beer was lovely. In no time at all our meals arrived, piping hot and nicely presented, my steak cooked to perfection and my partner very happy with her scampi, unlike other establishments where we have had luke warm or even cold food served to us. We could not fault the meal or the service we received and would recommend The Sharman's Cross to anyone and will definitely be returning . Many thanks to everyone for such a pleasant experience.

Well worth a visit, the food was amazing and brilliant value for money. The food was hot when delivered to table and staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have what you need.
