This is truly a neighborhood gem with friendly service. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere which offers, wide selection of liquor, beers on tap as well as classic bar food. We visited The Drawbridge Inn a few weeks ago. The food was good and the service was excellent. Luke & Sean went out of their way to ensure all members of our party whatever their needs were well catered for. Much appreciated!

The atmosphere was really chilled and the staff are friendly. There aren't many vegetarian options but they do have a beyond meat burger. Located next to the canal it's a really nice spot to stop for cyclists.
Popped in on the off chance for some dinner, place was busy, but managed to get a table. Food was very good, well priced, and arrived promptly. Staff were very good,worth the visit just to meet Adele, quite the character lol. Clean tables, cutlery, and decent atmosphere, will definitely be going back.

Very affordable pub with massive portion sizes! The food and service were great, only little complaint is with the cleanliness (sticky table and glasses with marks on them).
This pub had nice food for a very cheap and affordable price. They have online ordering available and have lots of choices on their menus as well as lots of promotions. My kids enjoyed their meal. It's well located and convenient for canal boaters.
I'm not person for pub meals, but the gammon meal deal tasted nice plus you have others meals available. Monday to Friday at £11.99 for two adults meal you just can't beat the price.
We came across this lovely Pub while on the Canal on our bikes looking for future Magnet Fishing spots. Staff super friendly & very Welcoming, locals are friendly too. Pub is set next to a working Drawbridge on the Canal. Not something one sees everyday. I wish I took some pics. It was a beautiful day. Will try n visit again, but I live in Sutton Coldfield. It's a bit out of the way but a awesome day that day... Thank you to the Management...

We went here during our narrow boat holiday. It's a greene king pub so you kind of know what you're getting. Cheap beer and big food portions. Ordering on the app was easy. Plenty of screens to watch sport. Service was good. Covid protocols in action. Let down by several clientele being quite loud and sweary during the early evening when there were families present. Unchallenged.

The man serving behind the bar had fantastic service was really polite, seemed to be running the pub. It's a shame as I overheard he was leaving to work in Wolverhampton but he seems your best employee.
The food here was superb. Tasted amazing the only reason I have not rated 5 stars is due to the girl serving the food. From first impression she was polite and very good however after our main course we ordered dessert and we waited nearly 3 times longer for this to be brought out we only ordered fudge cake. Despite the man behind the bar telling her 3 times we and 2 other guest was waiting for dessert she was not in any rush to serve. We sat near the kitchen and could hear her laughing in the back with the kitchen staff and again the man behind the bar telling her people was waiting for food. When it was finally delivered after the man apologising to us, she brought it over and there was no 'sorry for your wait' it was simply placed on the table. It seems as this was ending the night all service manners was lost. There was a couple who requested a refund due to waiting so long and left. To which we overheard a conversation taking place between the man behind the bar and the waitress asking her why she'd taken so long. Her response did not show care and it was laughed off.
Upon leaving the man behind the bar apologised again. For this I have no rated 5 stars as the service by your kitchen staff and this young lady let you down. Other than this the food was amazing and the service to begin with was fantastic, had it not been later In the evening I have no doubt the service would of remained fantastic but to wait 40 mins for pudding when there was only 4 guest eating was a bit of a let down.
Love the food here especially the fish and chips. Brilliantly priced and very quick service. My favourite place to eat. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Had a nice evening here and found the atmosphere very relaxed and the bat staff were friendly and helpful. The pub has a large car park and is easy to find it always appears from the outside to be very warm and inviting
